Rather than hold funds they actually pre-charge your card for the deposit. That’s unusual and a bit strange to be honest. "We spent 7 days here in the middle of April. Hotel is in a good location as you have easy access to highway 60 and 101. Rooms were a good size and clean and we had everything we needed. It was nice to have a full size fridge and Microwave. There was also a hot plate and a dishwasher. Beds and couch were comfortable. Two tv's - main room and bedroom. Pool is nice with towels available. Breakfast was good although repetitive. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again."

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The breakfast felt like they were forcing it upon me against my will; there weren't even basic items like fruit or yogurt. The worst part is that they charged my booking card multiple times before I even arrived, and then made several more charges on-site, completely ruining my account. They responded very slowly to my requests for corrections, and the incorrect charges have still not been canceled after a week. The hotel facilities are also old and poor. Please stay somewhere else."
