"My 1st stay at the guesthouse was wonderful, the room was very tidy and the staff very friendly. Although I loved my 1st stay there I got disappointed thrice. The 1st time room 3 was dusty, looked like it hasn't been cleaned for days. The second time I booked well in time only to find the room given to another client without notifying me. The third time I had booked room 4 unfortunately the bedding was dirty. "

"Het was een geweldig hotel met prachtig uitzicht en comfortabele bedden. De douche was ook zeer mooi. De airconditioning in de kamer was heel verouderd en ik had problemen om het te zetten. Toen het eindelijk op het maakte veel geluid en niet echt veel effect het was nog heel warm de hele nacht. Ontbijt en dinerbuffets waren geweldig, zeer verscheidene en goede voedsel. Het zwembad was leeg en schaamteloos omdat het 32 graden was toen we er waren, dus een zwembad zou leuk zijn geweest. Onze vorige avond was er een puff-slang op de trap op de weg naar sommige van de kamers. Dit is een zeer giftige, dodelijke slang. Het hotelpersoneel was er niet te gefaseerd toen we ze vertelden dat het er was. Ze reageerden met “we weten” . Tot slot beweegde onze tour gids het omdat het de weg blokkeerde voor veel kamers. Ik verwachtte dat het personeel dit een beetje professioneel zou doen."

Three Tree Hotel

"De hotelbezitter is erg gezellig, hij heeft ons een transportwagen geregeld en heeft ons geholpen om een dagreis naar het delta van Okavango te bereiken. Hij heeft ons veel hulp geboden tijdens de verblijf van het hotel. Ik moet meer vrienden voor het hotel presenteren als ik terugkom."

"This should be a good hotel in Maun. It is located close to Maun Airport, which is convenient for flights or sightseeing helicopters. The surrounding area is considered prosperous. There is a very good pizza restaurant nearby with moderate prices and good taste. There is also a large supermarket, which is very convenient for replenishing supplies. The price of breakfast is a bit high."

"We stumbled upon this accommodation on the fly, having cancelled the one we'd booked two months prior (Jayla Homestay) due to its extremely poor quality and the fact that they couldn't provide a room that matched our reservation. This attractive complex is located at the entrance to the city and is a large property with over 50 rooms, gardens, security, common areas, a restaurant, and all the amenities you'd expect from a large, relatively modern lodge. At reception (the staff were friendly, but despite the lodge's name, they couldn't provide us with the information we needed to book a mokoro game drive for the following day), we were assigned a sort of studio near reception. It was quite spacious, with a large bed (two pushed together) with good mattresses and sheets, nice wooden furniture (open wardrobe, armchairs, desk, etc.), air conditioning, TV, safe, tiled floor, and a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, and refrigerator. Everything was quite clean and well-maintained, with understated decor. The bathroom, though basic, was a decent size with a sink and mirror, toilet, and a glass-enclosed shower stall (the water was good and the towels were adequate). The price was 850 pula (about €55 by card), with breakfast available for an additional 150 pula per person. Considering it was an emergency and we booked it on the spur of the moment, it wasn't bad at all."
