"We are a family of 4 with 2 kids. The room has everything we need. The windows have really good blackout blinds and curtains. We booked the suite which has 1 queen bed and a sofa bed but they setup the sofa bed to fit both our kids in it already when we arrived. Everything was clean! No human contact, checkin/checkout are all online so I suggest to check in the day before and read the instructions and everything will go smoothly. The area is pretty busy so don’t expect to get a free of charge parking space. The area is very convenient for food, groceries and shopping."

"I left the hotel shortly before midnight because I needed something to drink. I bought a bottle of water, and upon my return, I was denied entry. The receptionist blocked the elevator and started an argument. He even called the police. Then I was allowed to go to my room. I've been here several times, but I've never experienced anything like this before. You should be allowed to leave the hotel for a short time and then come back in, even if it's late on a Sunday night. Because I didn't understand the situation, I left the hotel completely. Regarding the amenities: There is no air conditioning in the room. There was also no refrigerator. You can't park your car here either."
