"Very close to the station and very affordable. There isn’t much provided but also not much needed since this was meant for just to sleep and rests. Downside is that there is no fridge but everything else was great. Staff were friendly and helpful and very professional at problem solving and service recovery when my room wasn’t cleaned once but the staff were very professional and apologetic which diffused the situation quickly and made my stay quite comfortable and pleasant. Definitely would stay again."

"De kamer was schoon en zeer aangenaam, met een wit kleurenschema. De airconditioning had een perfecte temperatuur en de badkamer was ruim. Het ontbijt was bijzonder goed, met een ruime keuze aan warme gerechten en gebakken eieren. Er was eigen parkeergelegenheid op het terrein, die zeer veilig was. Er was echter geen waterkoker en er werd geen gratis water verstrekt; u dient uw eigen water mee te nemen."

Het ligt op loopafstand van het hotel naar het stadscentrum en er zijn Aziatische supermarkten in de buurt, wat erg handig is. Als u van plan bent te reizen, boek dan vroeg een hotel. Het ontbijt kan bij dezelfde prijs zijn inbegrepen."

"Went to Mannheim as I lived there from 1960-1962 when my Father was stationed there with the US Army. The town and surrounding area has changed in that town. Construction is all over the area and the Military Bases have been bulldozed with the Army giving the Bases the Bases back to the German Government in 1990. Still an enjoyable visit!!!"

"It's a nice hotel in itself. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and went smoothly. The only huge drawback, in my opinion, is that there are no staff members present after 10 pm. I was there with my best friend (there were two of us girls). Upon arrival, we encountered three very drunk foreigners who then, unfortunately, woke us up in the middle of the night by banging on our doorbell. We thought they had found the access code at reception and could therefore get in. This went on and on until we called the police. Of course, something like this can happen anywhere, but if someone had been at reception or anywhere else, the three men would have been banned from the premises or even given a ban on alcohol, as they were causing a disturbance. The stay was unfortunately a horrific experience for us, especially considering what has happened in the area involving foreigners."

"This is a hotel run by Indians, you can experience it yourself. I don't know how this kind of hotel got 4 stars. There were two big spiders in the room, and there were no blackout curtains. It was bright early in the morning, and there was not even a kettle like in a 4-star hotel. It was a bare room. The single room was just a 0.5-meter small bed. Check-in was still the usual routine. When the front desk saw Chinese people, they would arrange the worst and noisiest room near the elevator. Then when I asked him to change rooms, it was fully booked. There was no one there, but it was fully booked. As I booked the wrong date and arrived at the hotel very late, I could only book offline. The Indian boss started to raise the price. The employee just mentioned 80 euros, but maybe he didn't hear what the employee said, so he directly raised it to 100. He asked him to communicate to cancel the room for the wrong date, and he said that he would get a reply from the manager tomorrow, and said that the manager would come tomorrow. Then when I communicated the next day, the manager needed to take a vacation until next week, and the Indian boss was nowhere to be seen. Anyway, he was full of lies and nonsense. In fact, there was no manager at all, which is also the usual routine of these Indians."

"Almost frozen. My friend and og were in 2 single rooms which were conveniently furnished. The outside temperature was at night minus 5 degrees. It did not work in both rooms heating and there was no hot water. I was fully mounted (coat hats scalp shoes and still frozen woe a cutter. Also the bath was cold and there was no hot water. Since we came back to the room late night and the night portierr us greetless and with The situation was quite disgusting and we had to walk through long walks. The next morning we counted the lady at the reception with that neither heating nor hot water had worked and therefore we at least half of the room price want back. She said very regretful but said she could not get it off herself but gave us an email address. Other guests were surrounded to another area we were because the late arrival forget to say so. We both wrote a complaint it came no reaction. After a very much more call, MSN promised us to inform us immediately again the management but we never have anything more No excuse or compensation belongs to me. For me I firmly stood before no longer enter this ice cave in life and no longer recommend anyone."

"Alles was geweldig; ik heb er echt van genoten. Het hotelpersoneel en de receptie zijn erg vriendelijk. Ik verblijf er elke nacht, maar 's nachts staat er een man met een hoed bij de receptie. Hij draagt gewone kleding en is niet erg vriendelijk. In plaats van je welterusten te wensen, kijkt hij je streng aan. Hij doet alsof je een nachtclub binnenloopt. Als je iets vraagt, geeft hij een onbeleefd antwoord. Dat vond ik helemaal niet leuk."

"Waarom ik een punt geef. Omdat het hotel niet schoon is en er kalk op de douchekop ook was het douche putje erg vies. Toen ik naar de WC ging was ef geen WC papier en hing er een muffe geur in de kamer en in de handdoeken. Over het eten nog niet gesproken. We wilde vertrekken om 7uur was het ontbijt niet eens open en bij een supermarkt zelf ons eten moeten kopen. Waar we wel voor betaald hebben in het hotel. Voor mij nooit meer een Ibis Of B&B hotel"
