"This hotel leaves me with mixed feelings. The room is 3-star, but the breakfast and pool are 5-star, and the service is 4-star. Walking into the lobby and breakfast area, I thought I was at a typical Sheraton beachfront resort. However, stepping into the room nearly made me collapse. The furniture and facilities were basic, rundown, and uncomfortable. Housekeeping was also subpar; the bathroom even leaked, and after showering, the room carpet was soaked. This definitely doesn't match the over 3000 AUD per night price tag. The breakfast and pool are indeed excellent and create a great resort vibe. Parking for self-drivers costs 65 AUD per night, which isn't expensive for Australia. I was so unimpressed with the hotel that I didn't even take a single photo. Main Beach is not far from the park where you can see wild kangaroos, and directly opposite is the Kokomo whale watching boat terminal. Sea World is also very close by."

"Na een aantal van de recensies was ik iets bezorgd. Ik had een recensie gelezen waarin een bepaalde eenheid werd genoemd en hoe vreselijk het was, maar ik kan het niet meer vinden. Verkeerd raar! We kwamen toch alleen om te vinden dat we in diezelfde eenheid waren! 😬. We hebben de deur met verrassing geopend om te verrassen. De eenheid is ruime en had een prachtig uitzicht over de baai. Het had alles wat we nodig hadden en het was prachtig om al onze wassen ( 4 weken waard) te kunnen doen voordat we naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk vliegen. Een korte wandeling naar de tram. We waren hier toen ze opzetten voor de Gold Coast 500 maar zelfs dat lijkt niet om dingen meer te doen. het is een beetje dat en sommige van de meubels zijn echt weg, maar dat had geen invloed op ons verblijf en ook ik zou niet eens een huurde eigendom in de zeer beste decoratie omdat het beschadigd zal worden. Alle in alle zeer goede waarde voor geld en we hielden van het appartement levend. We zijn altijd hotel mensen geweest, maar deze ervaring heeft ons weer aan denken. "
