"De inrichting van de kamer was donker en ouderwets, en deed denken aan landelijke huizen in China uit de jaren 70 en 80. Voor reizigers die de voorkeur geven aan lichtere kamers, kan dit een nadeel zijn. De voorzieningen waren typisch voor een landelijk pension. Er was geen bediening; het ontbijt was gratis en bestond alleen uit sneetjes brood. Dit kan een cultureel verschil zijn. De eigenaresse was erg vriendelijk en gastvrij."

Studio 6 Suites Madera, CA - Yosemite

"I walked into the room and it smelled horrible. there was no table and no chairs. Their ice machine does not work but I did find 2 half empty ice trays from Dollar Tree in the freezer. the TV was hanging crooked. the pillows on the bed if put together would have a small 1. the sheets and mattress covers were stained and little black bugs were found on each layer of bedding. they weren't bed bugs but still, who would want to sleep with any bug. the bath tub was filthy and the shower head has brownish stuff on it. I booked another motel. The manager never contacted me nor did I get any money back. so if you want a smelly, dirty room Studio 6 is the place to go. The pictures they show on the site are far from the ones I've included."

"The on-site restaurant was closed do to unforeseen circumstances, I get it but you could have answered the phone when I called 2 times on check in day or returned my calls that I made to let you know we’d be arriving at 8:30 pm which was a little later than planned. The whole reason I booked this hotel stay with you was because you had a charming restaurant. You’re kind of out in the woods which is awesome however it means your the only game in town when it comes to late dinner. We tried to plan accordingly however your lack of communication prohibited us from eating that night"
