The female staff were warm, smiling, and always ready to answer my questions. They even recommended nearby attractions. The security guard specifically asked if I had parking and offered to direct me to a parking spot. He also replaced the paper cups in my room with glass cups—he found these himself instead of the standard ones. The breakfast service on the rooftop was also excellent; the lady there was very polite and attentive."
