Service: The housekeeper will contact you in advance before check-in, and after check-in, the staff will accompany you to deliver your luggage to the room. "I've never had athlete's foot and I'm always meticulous about my hygiene. This hotel was great in many ways, but the cleanliness and sanitation of the comforters and mattresses were severely lacking. I stayed for 6 days, and the comforters smelled musty every single day. By the second day, I started itching all over my body. The hotel seems to cater to elderly tour groups, and clearly, they aren't prioritizing sanitation, or ensuring the bedding is dry and clean. On the third day, my feet started itching, developing blisters that eventually broke. I also developed red patches on my body and scalp. I've already spent over 1000 yuan on medication, injections, and ointments. This isn't a malicious review; I've spent over 50,000 yuan at Oriental Wenlan over the past two years, and no less than 30,000 yuan at Atour and Radisson. It's been over half a month since I returned, and the situation is getting worse, it's unbearable. My feet are practically rotting away, the issues are spreading up to my ankles. The service was excellent, but the hygiene was absolutely terrible."
