"I just had one of the best stays of my travel here! The scenery from our balcony alone was incredible. the staff were super friendly and cheery, although they didnt speak english that wasnt a problem as we got invited for family dinner and drinks despite the language barrier and had a great evening. The food was incredible too, you should try the braised pork belly! Only reason why i didnt give full rating is that the wifi was almost nonexistent and didnt work for me or my friend but the mobile data signal was good in the area anyway."

"A lovely place for staycation. It was so serene and the view, looking at the rice terraces, replenishes one’s soul and relaxes not just your eyes but your whole body. I love the position of the bath tub overlooking the rice terraces and the nearby osmanthus trees. Morning walk along the path and seeing the ready smile of the locals was sweet. The bed and pillow are comfy and clean. Had we stayed for more than 2 nights, I would have used the washing machine in our room 😉 We had our breakfast, not much options but filling, and dinner (not included in the booking fee and the food in the menu are freshly cooked once you order) at the hotel’s restaurant. The hotel staff are accommodating. They even helped us arrange a car to bring us to and from the hotel. Free use of traditional costume for pictorial."

"Ik heb twee nachten geboekt (1726). Ik had hoge verwachtingen van deze reis naar Guilin en was daarom een ​​beetje teleurgesteld na afloop. Ik heb de afgelopen jaren veel beroemde herbergen in het hele land bezocht (ik schrijf bijna nooit recensies), en deze keer vond ik dat de kamerprijs de ervaring zelf niet waard was. Allereerst het vervoer: vanaf de hogesnelheidslijn duurt het ongeveer 2 uur om een ​​taxi te nemen. Vanaf de snelweg rijdt u nog een uur door over een kronkelige bergweg. De hele weg is eigenlijk een bocht van 180 graden. Ik, die nooit wagenziek ben, moest bijna overgeven. Gelukkig had ik de ouderen niet meegenomen. (Retourtarief 650). Accommodatievoorwaarden: Ik boekte de 3e verdieping met het mooiste uitzicht. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is prachtig, vooral als je 's ochtends vroeg het raam openzet. De lucht is erg fris.
