Staff very friendly and fast service Room is very clean and Well maintained. They make you feel comfortable in the hotel. ***But there are few negativity they must work on*** As usual NO ENGLISH speakers amongst the staff. Breakfast multi options and many dishes but I didn't eat anything apart from eggs and bread because not foreigner friendly style (more Chinese culture) as simple thing not there like cheese, beans, hashbrown etc. Every thing in the room from water to alcohol to snacks and bath bag all PRICES with labels 🏷 ( looked very cheap for the hotel name) made me feel in a shopping room not a hotel room! Gym was VERY untidy as all weights and equipment laying all round the place (against heath and safety). Swimming pool was shocking as the smell was very bad and unclean around the entrance, life guard was wearing normal clothes and I didn't realise him until seen him walking up and down the pool! Over all was very nice but I hope they take the feedback on and fix the issues as it is good hotel and good staff 👍. Swimming pool and the gym made me give 3 stars for cleanliness!!!

The location is nearby the big mall Wan Xiang Hui for those who love shopping. Just outside the hotel is a bus stop so you can take bus rides to various places. We are given a plate of fresh fruits and yogurt every day. Even during check out, they gifted us a bag consisting of two packs of fruits, and two bottled water. The hotel also freely gave extra bottled water at your request! Such generosity is impressive. What truly warms the heart is the very friendly and helpful staff, both at the reception and those in charge of our room cleanliness each day. They were willing to go the extra mile to assist us and accommodate our requests! Especially commendable are Ms Du Nian Xiang (lobby recep) and Ms Zhao (chambermaid for level 8). 臨沂老字號賓館，家大業大，乾淨衞生，服務周到熱情。特別是早餐太豐盛，種類多，品質好，用餐環境好，高大上。吃飯也非常方便，隔壁九州美食園有三層的包間，各種菜品應有盡有，臨沂特色菜品隨便點。賓館位置到王羲之故居、新琅琊、涑河、沂河都方便，出門乘BRT幾站就到了，還免費。漢墓竹簡博物館距離賓館就幾步之遙，值得參觀。

設施：很齊全，而且也很乾凈 衞生：乾淨整潔沒有異味，真的非常好 環境：大廳很亮堂，看着很好 附近有好幾個大型商超，交通也很方便，附近就有火車站。前台特別特別好，點贊👍👍👍👍👍👍

Nice city good hotels

This was first stay at hoiiday inn express in Linyi. Hotel was fully booked due to october holiday. Staff is very friendly annd rooms are ok. Amaneties in room are scarce and they should include coffee bags, not only tea. Breakfast was not the usual holidday in standard but ok for one night stay.

Very nice location in the middle of the city. Old but classy room and facilities were impressive. Staff members were kind. We really enjoyed to stay.

This Hotel is very good location close to public transport to get to tour spots. Room was aged feel not too clean . The room service staffs didn't do the job well. We stayed 2 night . They only pull up the blanket and changed the towels. Slippers ,cup still remained the same as before we left the room. This need to improve . The front staffs was helpful.

When we arrived at Linyi railway station it was raining heavily. Visiting the scenic spots we planned was out of the question. Besides we soon realised that the places we were interested in visiting were easier to get to from the Linyi Railway area. A quick search on Trip.com revealed this branch of the Jinjiang hotel and we decided to book a room on the spot. We later realised that not only was this hotel in a prime departure launching point but the area around it was full of local eateries, market & small sundry shops. The museum & Langya Old Town are just a short bus ride away. Truly convenient. Meanwhile they have the most amazingly helpful staff. A special shout out to the pleasant smiling lady who checked us in. She answered all our many questions with great patience and helpful information. A great asset to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was incredible for the price. We like everything about the hotel so much that we extended another night with them!
