"The room temperature was too low. The air conditioner was turned on but it didn't work. The temperature never went up. I called the front desk in the middle of the night to explain the situation and they asked me to wait. I fell asleep and woke up at 4 o'clock. I found my arms were shivering from the cold. I caught a cold. I called the front desk and they brought me a blanket. It was a very bad experience."
