Dus in een wellness hotel slapen betekent dat je elke minuut de geluidssignalen van de auto hoort, maar het meest teleurstellende voor ons was de houding van het personeel dat werkte op de receptie, we vroegen hen om ons te helpen en gewoon om de kant van de kamer te veranderen, Maar de mannen schreeuwden over mij dat hij niet kan helpen en dat hij moe is, en vroegen ons om de volgende morgen naar de receptie te gaan om met Kristina te praten. De volgende morgen kwamen we naar Kristina en vroegen vriendelijk om onze kamer te veranderen, maar haar negatieve houding was nog erger, ze probeerde niet eens te helpen en zeide ons dat ze niets kon doen (( We hadden ook geen wifi in de kamer, maar na ze het repareren, dank u. Maar in het algemeen moet gezegd dat zelfs als het hotel goed is en zo veel mensen doen hun best om de gasten comfortabel te voelen, de front desk moet respecteren hun gasten, het is zeer belangrijk in elke situatie."

"Een hotel dat zonder receptiepersoneel uitkomt, maar in totaal biedt alles wat het verblijf aangenaam maakt. Koffie en thee in de kamer, kleine klappen bij aankomst per - dit gebeurt via app of terminal op de receptie. Bovendien is het tuingebied dat je kunt gebruiken. Het ontbijt was uitstekend, wafels voor zelfmaken en heerlijke koffie... Ik kom terug!"

The rooms are modern, clean, and very well-equipped – a comfortable bed, a TV, a kettle, and toiletries are provided. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the pleasant, peaceful atmosphere. The hotel staff were polite and helpful – both at check-in and throughout the stay. It's the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing or work. The breakfast was also excellent – a wide selection of fresh products, both sweet and savory. Something for everyone! The hotel's location is another advantage – easy access, close to the center of Liberec and the main attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. I definitely recommend this hotel – excellent value for money. --- If you would like, I can also prepare a shorter version or one tailored to a specific website (e.g., Google, ************, TripAdvisor)."

"The hotel has a good location. It is a 5-minute walk from a shopping center and the central bus stop. The breakfast was good and had a wide variety of options, and the cleaning was good. My only negative comment is that I did not like the design of the room I got as a Designer room. Other than that, it was a good stay overall."

"horrible! It is recommended not to come to this hotel if you don't check email often. This hotel cannot check-in independently, so late check-in after 8 o'clock will charge 10 euros for less than half an hour? We delayed arrival because of the car problem. They were unsympathetic and had been yin and yang weird? Crazy urging? Then the number of people to make up for the charge is also messy...so we made up 1400 yuan? Very poor attitude. 🐝 Bees and flies 🪰 a lot. There is a big bed to sleep, the bed upstairs 🛏 a terrible comb bed... The washing machine is broken, the moisture and dew are very heavy! "A short two-day trip with two older children to Liberec and Ještěd. The Pytloun Liberec is a well-maintained little hotel on the outskirts of Liberec. It's difficult to reach by public transport, hence only three points for location. The room was quite small but adequate. The self-check-in portal initially makes the hotel feel a bit impersonal, but you'll encounter the friendly and attentive staff by breakfast. The excellent and plentiful breakfast deserves special mention; the children were particularly delighted with the waffle iron. We highly recommend this hotel if you're arriving by car."

"good location near town square, but no parking on public streets and hotel parking is $10/night extra. beds are nice, rooms are good size, but no A/C, and it gets hot. so when you open the windows at nights, the loud partying from the bars and restaurants will keep you awake till wee hours. ******* shower design without a door or curtain - floor floods after every shower"
