"Bad experience with bedbugs. I strongly advise against the Hotel Triumf. During our stay, we encountered a bedbug infestation in our room. Upon arrival, the room seemed clean, but once night fell, bedbugs began to appear, including on my children's bed. I took a video of the bugs and showed it to the hotel manager, who insisted that they were just mosquitoes and that their presence was due to the fact that we had eaten in the room, which is inaccurate. Despite the clear video evidence of the infestation, the manager refused to accept the situation and remained defensive. After a long discussion, he decided to refund us, but also demanded that we leave the hotel at 1:30 a.m., along with our three children. We were forced to leave in the middle of the night, which was very uncomfortable and stressful. This experience was extremely unpleasant, and the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from management is alarming. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, as it appears unwilling to take responsibility for cleanliness and customer service. As travelers, we need to be aware of these potential issues."

"Since the day we arrived everything went the way it supposed to. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming (especially Eri and Bona the sweetest people we ever met), kind, and always ready to help, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh and flavorful options every day (you mustt try the sea foods and pasta’s). The beach was stunning—clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing or taking a swim. Everything about the place was spotless and beautifully maintained, from the rooms to the outdoor areas. You can tell they truly care about every detail. It was one of those stays where everything just felt easy and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality getaway!"

"Het hotel verdient geen goede beoordeling ... Ik vraag me af hoe iemand die hier gebleven kan geven dergelijke hoge scores. Ik bezocht het hotel in oktober. Het enige positieve was een mooi uitzicht van de 6e verdieping en de kamer was oké gereinigd. De prijzen zijn net als bij alle 4 sterrenhotels in Albanië, maar de dienst is onder 1 ster. Eten is vreselijk. Ik had HB met reservering en het eten was vreselijk. Er is slechts één optie voor het eten voor alle gasten, neem het of laat het en dat komt koud en verdacht zonder dranken. Ontbijt met zeer kleine opties kies ti en geen koffie of thee. Er is een geur in de buurt, niet zeker of het van het hotel of van de nabijheid is, maar zorg ervoor dat het venster gesloten blijft. We konden geen goede nacht slapen omdat er een groep scholieren (ongeveer 15 jaar oud) die de hele nacht in het hotel verhuisden en waarvoor we niet werden verteld toen ik de reservering maakte. Een hond loopt de hele dag binnen het restaurant, het maakt u te denken hoe schoon alles is. Op 15 oktober huurden ze parasols voor 5 EUR"
