Oriental International Hotel (Leping City Donghu Park Branch) ★★★★

"Dit was de eerste keer dat ik een hotel in Leping boekte, en ik was aangenaam verrast door de positieve recensies. De service van het hotel was uitstekend, ongelooflijk gastvrij en ik voelde me meteen thuis. Het personeel bij de receptie raadde me zelfs lokale specialiteiten aan en bood aan om mijn was te doen, wat erg handig was voor ons reizigers. Een echte aanrader! 👍🏻"

Holiday Inn Tuwo (Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital at Leping Baida Plaza) ★★

"The foot bath (self-service) provides a bucket, foot bath bag, and foot bath pack: very good, recommended. I booked it for a friend. The room was great value for money, very clean and hygienic. The receptionist was also very helpful and even called me in advance."

"The hotel has a good location, the rooms are quite large, and there are convenient restaurants nearby. However, the hotel facilities are a bit outdated, management is not perfect, and the overall service needs improvement."

Leping Shanshui International Hotel ★★★★★

"I don't know if it's a problem with the entire county of Leping, or with the quality of the staff at their hotel. I feel like the service attitude is all over the place and indifferent. This is the hotel with the worst service attitude I've ever stayed in. 1: I booked two rooms and checked in together. I had to pay the deposit separately. After paying the deposit, I checked out. I didn’t give a proper refund. I only refunded the deposit for one room. I didn’t answer the phone and hung up. , and finally had no way to call Ctrip to complain, so the hotel took the initiative to contact Ctrip and asked for a lot of information before refunding the deposit; 2: The hotel obviously has charging piles, but all the cars parked there are gasoline trucks. And the strangest thing is that there are empty parking spaces next to the charging piles. A parking lot with hundreds of parking spaces already has one-third of the cars parked, but there are only a third of the cars parked there. The six charging parking spaces were full, and they were all gasoline trucks. When I reported it to the front desk, they said it had always been like this before and they would improve it in the future. This was a quality issue, right? 3: You are in a five-star hotel, and there are only two 260ml bottles of mineral water in one room. You called the front desk to ask for it, but you were still reluctant to give it to me, and finally gave it to you after saying something unpleasant; 4: In a five-star hotel, there is no razor in the room. I called the front desk and asked the front desk that they didn’t have any. I said I was recording audio. You said your five-star hotel doesn’t have razors, right? The front desk quickly said that they didn’t have it at the front desk, but the cleaning aunt had it, and asked the cleaning aunt to deliver it😒 5: No matter what I said when I booked the room, the front desk kept emphasizing that I booked a special room. I was convinced. I booked a room through Ctrip’s regular channel, but when I got to you, it was divided into three, six, and nine. Do I have to book a normal room at your front desk? If you don't want to order online, don't place your order online. The orders you place online are treated differently as special rooms. Isn't this a proper criticism of the Ctrip platform? Summary: The overall quality of hotel service personnel needs to be improved. We hope that the Ctrip platform will pay more attention to the quality of hotel personnel."
