"I did not know what to expect in an old motel refitted with all the corporate standard furniture and decor. Mattress was way to soft, no support, two of the lampshades had mold on them, there was more dust than expected in a Wyndham room. Frayed around the edges, but at core it was a good room at a good price and we would stay there again."

"We hadden een prachtige een-nacht verblijf in het Gateways Inn! Het eigenlijk in het Inn is absoluut schattig, met zo veel charme en karakter. Een van de hoogtepunten van onze verblijf was Mark, die prachtig was. Hij was ongelofelijk goed in de wijn en de geschiedenis van Lenox en de omgeving, en we hadden het echt leuk met hem te praten. Ons enige suggestie zou zijn om de matrassen en pijpen te verfrissen, waardoor de verblijf nog comfortabeler zou worden. Anders dachten we dat de Gateways Inn prachtig was en zo blij we het voor onze nacht in Lenox hebben gekozen!"

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Element by Marriott Lenox Berkshires, and it is all thanks to Samantha at the front desk! We arrived well before the standard check-in time after a very long, exhausting journey. Our two young children were completely worn out and desperately needed to rest.Instead of making us wait, Samantha completely stepped up and demonstrated excellent customer service. She immediately expedited our room availability and even upgraded us to a beautiful room with a kitchenette! Having that extra space and the Element kitchenette setup made traveling with small kids infinitely easier.The room itself was awesome—clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. A massive thank you and a huge shout-out to Samantha for going above and beyond to turn our stressful travel day into a relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back to this property!"
