"We vonden het Grand Hotel per ongeluk teleurgesteld met een eerder online boekingshotel. Wat een slag van goed geluk, het Grand Hotel is een van de beste hotels die we ooit hebben gehad. De locatie op het heerlijke strand van Cala Rosa is idyllisch, mooi zacht zand, zacht warm water zelfs in oktober, privé-pier met een boot service, de lijst gaat verder! De hotelfaciliteiten zijn even prachtig, mooie tuinen, strandbar, elegante eetkamer met een goed menu, professioneel vriendelijk personeel. Ons kamer, een van hun ‘basiskamers’ was meer dan comfortabel en goed uitgerust met directe toegang tot de tuinen en strandgebied. Natuurlijk komt dit allemaal tegen een prijs en het is een Relais et Chateau hotel, maar ga verder met jezelf te behandelen dat je het waard bent!"

"Lea was zeer gastvrij , lachwekkend en pro ( volgens ons meer dan de directeur ) U moet ook weten dat de appartementen zijn toegankelijk op /c van 16 uur . Na een witte nacht is het lang, en als je wilt dat voor, het is 20 € extra per uur De foto van de site is niet de studio !!! moet je weten. De plaats is rustig; de studios zijn vrij goed uitgerust , bijvoorbeeld : de wasmachine is top, ( snel programma is super) de badkamer is basis, Er ontbreekt slechts 1 of 2 verdiepingen meer en een pater voor de ranging De plaats is rustig maar aandacht VERWIJDERen van alles . je hebt de auto nodig voor alles. Je gaat niet naar het strand lopen. Het terras is ruime maar opmerking in de zomer, pr het avondmaalje je hebt niet genoeg schaduw"

"To be honest when selecting this hotel for a one week stay I was not so sure about my choice as some pics showing this place were not that convincing. But reality was WOW. A very good managed place - a design choosen with good taste and very welcoming staff - special to mention Laureen. The lack that there is no outdoor pool is no lack at all. There is a beautiful beach very close with cristal clear water."

"Disliked: * The property totally disables light on parking after midnight. So if your ferry or airplane is moved to depart earlier due to bad weather, this is quite bad and caused us significant economic damage as we had one of the bags stuck on the car as we didn't see it at 4 in the morning/night as the lights didn't work. * The property was totally uncooperative to help after they found CCTV footage to show that the bag left on the car. ** No offer to do local search themselves at least in vicinity of the property ** No offer to contact local authorities ** Not even a "we are sorry about whole situation". ** No proactivity, to improve the lightning (e.g. they can use movement activates ones, which will probably cost less overall). Situation that someone has to leave at middle of the night because of change of travel plans is very realistic. * WiFi didn't work on 2 occasions (we reported it). * Safety deposit box is small and can't fit tablets and laptop is totally out of scope. * Some of items inside the house/villa were bad (we reported but said not urgent), but they were not broken, but needed someone to re-install them. Liked: This property is solidly new, comfortable, and has many house appliances inside."

"The hotel is located in the heart of the city of Saint-Cypriot. Apparently spacious, panoramic view, appreciable household washing vacuum (washing liquid and regenerating salt vacuum), washing washing (no use modes), boiler, bread grill, coffee maker, barbecueelectric ..... Spacious terrace with transats, but little protection for sun to eat lunch and evening lighting too low to eat (we had to use an indoor lamp that sailed more than one out of 3 that worked and after The hotel is a very good hotel and is very good for the staff.
