"This beautifully-renovated palazzo is a B&B with just a few well-appointed rooms and a wonderful indoor pool down in the grotto beneath. We stayed in the Giardino Infinito Room which was large, modern and comfortable and yet expressed the building's history. The owner is on-site, which is an important plus, and he pays strict attention to detail and style. Breakfast was quite good and served in a high-domed, lovely dining room with music programmed to suit his international guests."

"The hotel is next to the scenic spot, quaint and charming, with a view at every step. The service is also very considerate. They introduced us to the delicious restaurants around us after we checked in. It is in the ZTL area. If you drive, call in advance and they will send a text message to tell you where to pick you up."

"Verbleef met een tour in dit Europese hotel in oude stijl. Een zeer handige en centrale locatie in deze charmante stad. Kamers zijn comfortabel en hebben een kluis. Hotel is omgeven door restaurants en ligt in de buurt van winkels en restaurants. Kleine ontbijtruimte op de bovenste verdieping gaat om 7 uur 's ochtends open en heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de stad; er is geen koffie beschikbaar voordien. Ontbijtaanbod is beperkt."

"We hebben 2 weken doorgebracht in Palazzo Lecce. De kamer was keurig, ruim en rustig. Het hotel ligt middenin het centrum wat parkeren bij het hotel niet mogelijk maakt er is echter net buiten de centrumring (5 minuten lopen) parkeerplek voldoende. De medewerkers zijn geweldig niks is te veel, alles kan geregeld worden. Het ontbijt was prima en custom made (oftewel alles wat je wilde kon) en heerlijk op de rooftop. We komen graag weer terug."

"We booked this accomodation hastily and should have done more research. Francesco was prompt with his replies during booking but after we checked in we didn't really need any more help. We were disapointed with our choice, here are a few observations: Good The stairway up to the apartment was clean and looked well managed. The bathroom albeit small had a nice shower. Bad The area is pretty rough. There is an abandoned factory opposite which looks like a prison. The pavement is terrible with large weeds, missing slabs. There is a huge dog a few doors down which barks all the time. When you walk past the gates he runs up and pounces at the gate. There's graffiti all over the walls down the road. The room is small, poorly decorated. The toilet takes around 30 mins to refill, constantly dripping. When someone has a shower above it sounds like a waterfall in the room, so loud. Improvements Remove the vending machine in the comunal area and replace with a small kitchen and a kettle. I hate giving bad reviews but if people had put honest reviews we would have booked somewhere else."

"We hebben een luxe tweepersoonskamer met een bank, alles is schoon en nieuw in een historisch gebouw, grote toiletten, een comfortabel bed. Het ontbijt is heerlijk met geselecteerde items op het dak met een groot uitzicht op de oude stad. Nabij het spoorwegstation en de oude stad."

"The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly well appointed with large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and rain shower and really romantically lit. Coffee machine was welcome and the room felt fully luxurious with electronic blinds. Light and airy in the day and cozy at night. There is also a sofa bed which is useful should your partner be a snorer (like me haha). The main selling point of this hotel, however, is Aldo the host. On a par with the best communication I have had prior to and during a stay. Answers queries within minutes and always on hand to offer help and suggestions. It is a smaller place than I thought and we had the place to ourselves in early October, which felt very special. Parking is easy in a nearby guarded car park as Lecce old town is pedestrianised. It was €22.50 for 3 days and you can come and go as you please, to enjoy the coast also. Around 30 to 40 mins drive in each direction. Though you will definitely want to explore Lecce, which is a charming place with lots of hidden streets and great architecture. Breakfast was lovely and served on the roof terrace. Plenty of choice and always served with a smile. I didn't request this, but Aldo knew it was my partner's birthday on leaving day and brought some bubbly with the breakfast. Touches like that make this 5 star treatment, and great value too! Just book. You won't be disappointed."

"The room was furnished in a retro, medieval style. It was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is a castle and well worth a visit. At night, it was brightly lit with torches, showcasing an artistic flair in every detail. The breakfast was plentiful, with delicate and refreshing pastries, and the service was attentive."

"Het appartement is prachtig en zijn locatie is strategisch, op twee stappen van het plein Sant' Oronzo. We hebben in de suite gebleven met een waterbad. De ruimtes zijn groot, behalve voor de badkamer die toch functioneel was, aangezien er naast het bed een waterbad is. De gastheer heeft ons chocolade gemaakt door ons een gearomatiseerd water te vinden voor aardbeien, chocolade en een paar dranken in de koelkast. De bed en de keukens (met verschillende maatjes naargelang de behoeften) waren echt restaurants!! Als ik een advies kan geven, neem dan een oogje op de schoonheid, vooral van de badkamer, en het ontbijtbuffet (een basis genoeg). De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en beschikbaar voor elke vraag en daarom bedank ik hem van harte. We komen zeker terug."
