Vriendelijk vanaf het moment dat we incheckten, vooral Francesco (schattig) en gedurende de gehele duur van ons verblijf, beschikbaar voor al onze verzoeken. We stayed in a loud, dirty, shower, which was compassionate, dirty and myrky in the bathroom.The pictures of that tug that she had been lying to us do not appear at all, nowhere. No shower tape, a wet-shaking smell, so much that old and strawed bed hand towels and our clothes were almost wet; a vomiting stick out of the washing room without a cap; a broken coffee machine. Breakfast served in the indoor courtyard, very different from the pictures, all sweet, dirty, red and colourless gadget, anybody knows when the pictures are. Fresh bars and cucumbers, we tried to drink a juice and was rough, the coffee could only be done in the room, but we could not see the device throwing only cold water, while putting the soda. I am sure that no one would sleep in that stupid thing, but unfortunately the smart owner, who did not even get himself to our arrival and did not answer the phone, was paid in advance, otherwise we would have gone away immediately. Parking is on the street and you need to be lucky. Far from the center. A experience to never repeat. Smuts everywhere, I don't know how to have good reviews, I think it's absurd. NOT WERE 👎👎👎 VERGOGNA!"

"Excellent location, right in the heart of Lecce. The hotel rooms were renovated 20 years ago in a traditional 5-star style, not the minimalist renovations you see abroad. It's all wood paneling and carpets, which was popular 20 years ago. The bathroom is also 20 years old. Overall, I'd say it's just okay. If you're traveling to Europe, it's better to look for a newer hotel, even if it has fewer stars."

"Cozy room with self check in, really easy, we communicated via WhatsApp and that’s how most of the local b&b do The street is indeed a bit noisy; but I anyways use the earplugs, so didn’t cause me problems  The bed is fine, pillows not so much  The AC is centrally controlled through the apartment and I felt it’s a little weak if you travel in the hottest months of the year, also it is placed right above the bed so not really nice cause it blows right on your head  Overall a fine experience for me and cute view  The host is really nice in communication"

"This is a beautiful hotel just outside of the historic centre. Rooms maybe lacking daylight but they are well furnished, the best bedding ever, comfy bed and luxury toiletries. Staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast was fantastic."

"Dit hotel is een aanrader voor zakenreizen. Ik ben vergeten foto's te maken van de buitenkant en de kamer. Het is vergelijkbaar met het hotel dat in Fengmian wordt beschreven. Het bedienend personeel is enthousiast, maar spreekt over het algemeen niet zo goed Engels. Het is aan te raden een Italiaanse tolk mee te nemen. De ontbijtopties zijn ook zeer uitgebreid. Het is een voordelig hotel dat zeker een aanrader is. Het ligt relatief dicht bij het stadscentrum. Je kunt 1-2 kilometer naar het stadscentrum lopen en met de taxi ben je in 35-40 minuten in Galliberry. Het restaurant aan zee is relatief goedkoop en de rode wijn kost ongeveer 20 euro per fles. De eigenaar is gastvrij en rekent geen servicekosten."
