"We were lucky enough to score a room at the wonderful Evangelisa in Lampeter. My husband and I are on a six week cycling holiday, and really appreciated being able to store our bikes in the backyard where they were secure. Our welcome upon arrival was warm and efficient. The room was bright, inviting, and clean. Angela had some wonderful suggestions for places to see and a grand suggestion for where to eat dinner. We had a technical issue with our bikes that needed addressing, and Nigel was a guardian angel in that regard. Seriously. I realize I’ve forgotten to talk about the stellar breakfast of poached eggs and cockles (!) and laverbread and great coffee. Highly highly recommended. Don’t wait to make your reservation. They fill up."

"We recently visited the Falcondale Hotel to celebrate my mum's 60th birthday with afternoon tea, and it was a truly special experience. We were seated in the lovely conservatory, and the staff immediately won us over by bringing a bowl of fresh water for our dog before anything else! The afternoon tea itself was absolutely amazing, with an incredibly generous amount of delicious food. The service was impeccable from start to finish, and nothing was too much trouble for the welcoming team. The views of the beautiful gardens from our table were stunning, and taking a relaxing walk around the grounds afterward was the perfect way to finish the afternoon. It was a fantastic way to celebrate a milestone birthday. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!"

"Ik had nooit een nieuwe ervaring voor ons, dus wist ik niet wat te verwachten. Toen we aankwamen, waren we welkom door Chris en Carol was een prachtige warm welkom. Ze lieten ons zien naar de accommodatie die we in het uitzicht van het vee waren, was een prachtig uitzicht over het omliggende gebied dat adembenemend was. Toen gingen we naar de hut foto niet rechtvaardigde het detail was prachtig de lichten en de meubels en alle kleine dingen zoals de puzzel en boeken er was veel karakter en dacht dat alles had gegaan. Ook alles was zo schoon en goed onderhouden.Nadat we ontpakt gingen we in de warme buis die was warm bij aankomst en zag de zon naar beneden ging het was magisch. Had een douche na dat er genoeg druk in de douche en was genoeg warmte. Het was comfortabel en de hitte van de logbrander hield ons warm, hoewel de nacht hier drie geweldige nachten had. Ik heb de druk op je gehad en ik heb je gevoel ontspannen."
