"This was my third consecutive stay at a Wanda Realm hotel in Xinjiang, having previously stayed in Korla and Aksu. The experience at the Kuqa location wasn't as good as the other two. It might be due to this hotel being older, but there were noticeable, ingrained stains on the bathroom counter that clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time, which was quite off-putting. Another major issue that affected my experience was the breakfast. We were told at check-in that breakfast hours were from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. However, when we arrived at the restaurant around 9:10 AM, there was hardly any food left – just five or six small bread rolls and two pieces of fried dough that looked like leftovers. There was no soy milk or regular milk, and the coffee machine was out of water with no one attending to it. No one refilled any of the food items, and tables weren't being cleared, which made both the food and the environment unappetizing. We ended up barely eating anything. Another guest in the restaurant also complained about the situation, and the staff member simply said that earlier guests had eaten everything. Overall, the hotel isn't terrible, and it's slightly less impressive than other Wanda Realm hotels in different regions, but the price was also lower. However, today's breakfast experience was truly unprecedented and unlike anything I've ever encountered."

"De locatie is aan de rand van Wangfu. Er zijn nieuwe mensen die een huwelijksfoto maken. Het hotel ligt dicht bij Wangfu en het is goed om te eten en te kopen. In mei was ik in Hainan en woonde ik in een paar hotels. En Hainan voelt zich niet zo angstig als de dienstpersoneel hier. Natuurlijk is het goed voor de mensen aan de kant van Hainan. "Upon checking in, I was told there was no breakfast. After showing my booking details to the indifferent Uighur woman at the front desk, she grudgingly gave me two breakfast vouchers without a word of explanation. In the middle of the night, the room phone rang twice. It was a delivery robot. We were already asleep. When I called the front desk, they said an outside delivery person might have entered the wrong room number. That really opened my eyes to how bad things could be."
