De service was zeer attent. Hoewel de wachttijd bij het inchecken vrij lang was, werd er toch ontbijt geserveerd. Voordat ik vertrok, kreeg ik ook nog handcrème en een bloementaart als souvenir. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. De kamer was voorzien van alcoholdoekjes en wegwerp-wc-brilhoezen, wat een zeer attent gebaar was. Zelfs de kamer aan de wegkant was zeer geluidsdicht met de ramen dicht. Uitstekend!

I like the location being that it’s in a quiet closed community away from the main city, yet close enough (10-15 min car ride). There’s a cafe, tea experience and a boutique next to the hotel. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and relatively clean. Fruits are given daily and they are delicious! Breakfast served is healthy and cooked with love. What really stood out was the service. Dou Dou was amazing and so were the other staff. They were warm and friendly, and gave us many recommendations on things to do or places to visit. They were also ever so helpful with our questions and requests (booking a dinner reservation and tending to our courier deliveries). This made our stay a very pleasant one indeed. The only downside would be mosquitoes in the vicinity. Even though we were careful to keep all windows and balcony doors closed at all times, and sprayed ourselves with repellent before leaving the hotel, we were still getting bitten by mosquitoes. Might it be due to the stagnant water in the pool?

酒店房間不錯，舒服明亮，入住前溝通順暢，因為是家庭入住，安排在一起的房間，因為小朋友喜歡看風景，還特意詢問是喜歡看建築還是看車，特意排了靠高架的房間。前台小姐姐很熱情，有求必應，有需求響應速度很快，還會熱情聊天，入住送了水果，入住體驗很好。建議車庫入口處另設定一個指示牌，晚上的話不太容易找到入口。

The room is spacious and clean. For those of us who like quick showers, they use shower heads and the water pressure is great 😆

來昆明玩選了維也納國際酒店，體驗超出預期！離市中心很近，步行方便，鬧中取靜特別舒服。房間乾淨明亮、空間大，床品柔軟睡得很香，隔音也很好。前台熱情有禮貌，辦理入住快，還會耐心推薦遊玩攻略。早餐種類豐富，自助洗衣、免費停車都很方便，全屋智能用着超順手。整體乾淨、舒適、省心，來昆明遊玩住這裏非常合適，這個季節酒店旁的櫻花開的格外絢麗，強烈推薦！

Liked this place! Especially considering the price. Only downside is location isn't that great...but it's an easy 15 minute to Green Park. There's also a converted train line shopping street nearby which is cool. 7-11 too. Hostas are super friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Quiet. No cigarette smell in the room.

The hotel staff are all very friendly. Since this is my first time visiting Kunming, I’m not familiar with the places to go. I was able to ask the front desk for advice, and their answers were quick and useful. In addition, I was given a room at the very end of the corridor, which I found quiet with no noise at all. It’s perfect for a one-night stay, and this is definitely one of the better hotels in the area.

Hotel location is really dominant, close to the Xicheng Times business district, downstairs is the shopping center, all kinds of dining, milk tea, supermarkets are available, shopping is particularly convenient, daily purchases do not have to run far, travel taxi is also very good to call a car. The room was clean and refreshing, the bedding was comfortable, and the whole was quiet at night, so you could have a good rest. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is high, the staff is friendly and the demand is responsive. The public laundry room is convenient to use and is very friendly for business trips. The overall price-performance ratio is online. It is suitable for business travel or short-term residence. This is a very good choice in the high-tech zone. Next time you come to Kunming, you will give priority to it. I really recommend it.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Kunming! The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the metro. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Mr T from the reception who went out of his way to assist us. The gym nearby was excellent and exactly what we needed during our trip. Overall, it’s great value for money; clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kunming!

Ik heb nog nooit in zo'n goedkoop hotel overnacht; normaal gesproken beginnen de prijzen bij minstens 100 yuan. Ik was die avond te moe, dus ik heb er eentje in de buurt uitgekozen, in de veronderstelling dat het wel goed zou zijn. Tot mijn verbazing was het best aangenaam. Hoewel de faciliteiten wat verouderd waren, waren de lakens en dekens erg schoon, bijna als nieuw. Een echte aanrader!
