Hotels in New Luosiwan area, Kunming

This hotel is located in a building which has to share elevators with others floors. It makes me feel not safe. Not much things around this hotel to eat or see, you have to take 30 minutes subway to downtown or attractions. Taking about the room, it’s big and new with voice commands. However, the voice commands control the air conditioner which makes me crazy. You have to say the correct words to control it. After I checked in, I have tried many times to operate the air conditioner but it did not work for me. I called the front desk, they send people to control but still didn’t work. After many times trying, he figured out the correct words to say. OMG… if you don’t speak mandarin, don’t stay here. Another big problem is cleaning, see the pictures that I posted, they never clean the floor. I never heard sound of vacuum, the floor still dirty as the first day I checked in. The breakfast is simple but cold, even in the heater. Don’t know why. Overall, it is okay if you don’t mind the problems that I mentioned.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. 這次入住完全超出了我的預期！從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就感受到了一種高雅和温馨的氛圍。服務人員非常熱情，主動幫忙提行李，並詳細介紹了酒店的各項設施和服務。房間的設計非常有品味，既現代又不失温馨。床品的質量非常好，睡眠體驗極佳。酒店的早餐不僅種類多，而且食材新鮮，特別是現煮的麪條，讓人回味無窮。總之，這是一次非常完美的入住體驗，強烈推薦！

本來是想在南部汽車站坐車去撫仙湖，所以訂了這家全季。我訂的是大床房，結果安排了雙床房，很感謝！房間乾淨整潔，就是沒有衣櫃。工作人員服務態度非常好。附近還有夜市，非常方便。買了水果還有超市裡本地產的麪包，非常好吃！住這家全季真的很方便！

This loft apartment is really stylish, and as soon as you enter the door, you are attracted by the floor-to-ceiling windows and green plants in the living room. The space is transparent, the lighting is super good, the kitchen and the living room are connected together, and it looks particularly spacious. The corridors are clean and tidy, and the access control is quite strict, so you can live in peace of mind. The layout of the room is reasonable, the details are well handled, the overall feeling is very comfortable, suitable for short stays or small families ～👍👍

房間裝修是現代簡約風，暖棕色調搭配淺藍細節，温馨又高級。床品柔軟親膚，枕頭高度剛好，睡了幾晚都像在雲端，徹底治癒了出差的疲憊。衣櫃、書桌、衞浴區劃分清晰，動線流暢，細節處都透着用心。衞浴乾濕分離，淋浴水壓足、熱水快，洗漱台寬敞整潔，備品齊全又好用。房間裏的燒水壺、礦泉水，隨時能泡杯熱茶放鬆。最加分的是服務：前台辦理入住高效又熱情，保潔阿姨打掃細緻，連拖鞋都用獨立包裝封好，乾淨又衞生。電視裏還貼心放着酒店歡迎界面，細節感直接拉滿！

The hotel is located within a building, and parking right outside is very convenient. However, the cleanliness at the building entrance is really poor. Upon entering the hotel floor, there's a stale carpet smell that I hope they'll address. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. The facilities and equipment are quite good, just a bit old. (Also, for those who aren't used to high pillows, it would be great if two lower pillows could be provided.)

Prima verblijf. De omgeving biedt volop eetgelegenheden en is bovendien uitstekend bereikbaar. De service was top. Ik zou hier zeker nog eens terugkomen. Het personeel bij de receptie gaf zelfs tips voor leuke bezienswaardigheden en lekkere restaurants. Echt een aanrader!

自駕帶着父母孩子一起來昆明過年，入住的美豪酒店，非常滿意。 停車出行都很方便，離雲博、滇池都不遠。 房間很舒服，設施很新，維護的很好。 前台圓圓臉的小姐姐服務超級nice。 過年期間還有花園下午茶，咖啡不錯哦。 總之很好的入住體驗。

酒店大堂乾淨寬敞，前台服務員小楊熱情有禮貌，服務態度很好，房間空間大，免費升級了房型，房間乾淨整潔，入住體驗感很好，會再次入住！
