"We stayed in a deluxe suite with a pool for 7 days. The room was somewhat run-down and felt quite old, unlike the photos online. Cleanliness was also subpar, likely due to the room's age. For example, there was mold in the grout between the bathroom sink and surrounding tiles, and the floor was cracked and always felt dirty. The sofa was white but very dirty, with faded colors and grime. The room's soundproofing was poor; we could hear conversations from upstairs in the bathroom. Furthermore, although the hotel advertised an all-inclusive package, they were very strict about bottled water and meal times. Each person was only allowed one bottle of water at a time, and it wasn't delivered; we had to get it ourselves from the bar. We were rushed around for meals if it was even slightly late, and the staff became quite rude. We had a small baby traveling with us, and although we requested a crib during booking and reminded the hotel via WhatsApp, there was no crib in the room. We waited over an hour after check-in before an extra crib was provided, disrupting the baby's sleep. In short, our experience with the hotel was subpar; the facilities, cleanliness, and service were not worth it."

"It was my first time staying in an all-inclusive hotel. The hotel was modern and well decorated. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The restaurant was open at almost any time and there were basically no restrictions. The kids loved the water slide. Although it was not big, there were not many people and they could enjoy it. Unfortunately, the temperature was relatively low in early May and there was a strong wind. Although the outdoor swimming pool was beautiful, it was not very swimmable."

"We stayed here as a couple in June for 5nights. The pool area, public areas and gardens are immaculate! We stayed in room : apartment 51 which was at the top of 4 steep flights of stairs (not good if you’ve got mobility issues!!) We were slightly disappointed when we entered there was a strong musty smell, although the walls had been painted, the kitchen area was tired, with scrapes and small chunks missing on the worktops. It looked grubby and shabby. There was also no kettle which meant we ended up having to buy one at the local supermarket!! When I mentioned this to the lady on reception, she said that they don’t leave them in the rooms, you have to go ask her as they don’t leave them in the rooms. I’ve never heard of that before !!! And it certainly didn’t cross my mind to ask at reception when it was an apartment with equipped kitchenette that we’d booked. Rare to have a hot shower and the bathroom was shocking. The bath was rusty, stained and made me not want to step into it. We were told that the rooms / apartments were undergoing renovations and we assumed they hadn’t visited 51 as yet. It also lacked patio furniture out the front. That would have been a nice touch. Views were absolutely stunning over the town, harbour and sea from Upstairs. The bar and pool are owned by/ run separately from the hotel and the food / drinks were lovely. Pool immaculately clean and maintained. Overall, a relaxing short stay (if you overlook the tiredness of our apartment)"

"Er zijn toch een paar aandachtspunten in dit hotel. Had al eerder gelezen dat de drankjes op niet veel trokken en ik moet me hier bij aansluiten. Zeker in de poolbar. De frisdrank smaakt naar pure suiker en het bier is echt niet te drinken. Het feit dat er veel mensen naar de supermarkt 100 meter verder gaan om drank te kopen zegt genoeg en dat als je een all in hebt. Ook het feit dat je maar op 1 plaats drinken kunt halen is toch wat te weinig. Je betaald voor alles extra badhandoeken waar de housekeeping je dan om half 9 savonds op de deur voor staat te bonken om ze in te ruilen. Niet ideaal als je een baby van 11 maanden op de kamer hebt liggen slapen. Fles water op de kamer kost extra enkel de eerste is gratis enz… Het eten is zeer goed, vond dat er genoeg variatie was. Lege borden ruimen ze wel veel te laat af. Water schenken als je aankomt vinden ze belangrijker. Ook warm water is een probleem in dit hotel na een tijdje douchen kwam er enkel lauw of koud water uit. Al bij al hebben wij een fijne week gehad, eerste keer met de kleine op vakantie, maar hier kom ik toch niet meer terug. Voor de prijs die wij hebben betaald horen die aandachtspunten toch weg te zijn."

"We hebben 4 dagen in dit hotel gebleven en we hebben echt genoten. Het appartement was groot en zeer comfortabel met een zeer waardevolle terras. Het personeel is op kleine zorg, altijd beschikbaar en zeer goede tips. Het zwembad met zijn bar (waar u ook kunt herstellen) is zeer aangenaam, vooral na een dag van bezoek. Het hotel is ideaal gelegen om te stralen in het westen van het eiland. Daarom adviseren we deze accommodatie. "
