"I am my friend got our rooms occupied by other people and our belongings were taken to other rooms and the explanation we got is the rooms had been booked by other people...very shocking and the reception lady with short hair was very rude and unapologetic at all. This happened on 05/08/2026. I cannot attempt or even refer anyone there, very bad treatment."
