"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and overall we were happy with the hotel and its facilities. During our stay, we noticed that the power sockets in the room were not working. We reported this to reception, and a technician attended within about 30 minutes. He identified that the issue was caused by a faulty hair dryer which had tripped the main circuit, and it was replaced promptly. After that, the power supply worked fine. We really appreciated the quick and professional response from the staff. However, there was an issue with the room type. We booked a Triple Room Ensuite (1 double bed and 2 single beds) through the Trip.com app, but the room provided (Room 305) had 1 double bed and only 1 single bed, which did not match the booking details. Apart from this discrepancy, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We hope the room description on the booking app can be clarified to avoid confusion for future guests."

"We had a lovely one night stay at the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very good and they catered for dietary needs. The beds were good.  My negative points would be that a room that sleeps four people needs four towel rails or hooks and a hook for the hand towel.   The hairdryer should be replaced. The shaver 2000 is really out of date and not very practical,"

"Location is a little bit outside the town center. Unfortunately, rooms do not have any air-conditioning, but Hotel will offer to use of a small fan. Staff at this hotel are particularly friendly and helpful, but in my opinion are limited by the age of the building."

"Love Killarney Royal Hotel. Elegant and cozy. Our suite at the front of the hotel was spacious and light. We didn’t mind facing the Main Street as we like to observe people going and coming. My friend got a bigger suite but it faced the inside so there was not much natural light and was dark. Breakfast was delicious. Service was great from the receptionist to the breakfast ladies and a special mention to John the bellman who recommended great restaurants, helped with our luggage’s and even hop in our car to show us the way to the carpark and walked back with us (3mn walk). Kudos to all the team for making our stay in Killarney memorable."
