"Personeel uiterst vriendelijk. Locatie waar bijna alleen Engelse vakantie gangers regelmatig terugkomen, ze kenden elkaar allemaal en dito naar het personeel van deze locatie. Kamers waren netjes, ontbijt was matig. Wilde je een gebakken eitje en dat had men niet gepland dan werd dat ook niet alsnog op verzoek gemaakt. Locatie lag lekker heel dicht bij het strand, kreeg handdoeken mee voor op de gratis ligbedden. Locatie op bijna 1,5 km van Sami centrum waar je heerlijke restaurants kunt vinden. Strand was voorzien van grote en kleinere stenen, waterschoenen aan te raden."

"Mooie appartement voor ons beiden. Zeer schoon en had alle apparatuur nodig om zelf te worden opgepakt. Rustig zoals verwacht in oktober. De meeste restaurants zijn nog open en veel te kiezen uit binnen lopende afstand. Garbis familie maakte ons zeer welkom. Wat de meeste Kefalonia betreft, adviseer ik een auto te huren. We hebben het grootste deel van het eiland uit Lourdas kunnen ontdekken. We zouden zeker weer blijven. Bedankt."

"We had a wonderful weeks holiday this month, location is stunning with a little cove beach which is like a little peace of paradise. The staff were all lovely. Our rooms tidied beds made and clean towels everyday. We had a lovely family holiday would return again.Lovely food in the hotel if you want to stay and eat lunch or evening meal. Is a bit of a walk into town but really lovely restaurants ,you can get a taxi for 8 euro or the hotel can give you a transfer for 2 euro each. Pool is lovely with stunning scenery all around."

"Hotel heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de zee, zeker vanaf het mooie zwembad. Kamermeubilair en badkamer toch wel veroudert en moeten echt geüpdatet worden, maar de kamers zijn netjes en schoon. Rondom het hotel moet het nodige onderhoud gebeuren, zeker aan het wegdek, maar alles oogt schoon. Veel trappetjes en hellingen, goed voor je conditietraining. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en gevarieerd, prima, ook het uitzicht vanaf het terras is schitterend. Het personeel is fantastisch, zo ontzettend attent en aardig, super! Wil je met de auto het eiland rondtrekken, is dit een toplocatie."

"Het hotel is prachtig van het begin tot het einde we genoten elk deel van onze verblijf, niets was te veel problemen. Het hotel is vrij dicht bij de luchthaven, maar dat maakte ons niets uit. Als u een vliegtuig spion bent dan is dit hotel voor u! Het ontbijt was mooi met veel keuze. Maar het eten was weer mooi, maar we hadden graag meer keuze op het menu, want als je half bord bent, vonden we niet dat er veel gerechten beschikbaar en wordt een beetje herhaaldelijk. We zouden zeker weer bij de Electra blijven."

"Ik kan het hotel Casaly niet aanbevelen genoeg! Het personeel was ongelooflijk en echt hulpig. Ze doen een geweldige baan bij het verbindingen en het leren van hun gasten. We voelden ons zo zorgvuldig. De kamer was ongelooflijk en werd meerdere malen per dag gereinigd. Het zwembad was geweldig in de stad. De producten die ze ons hebben geleverd waren van uitstekende kwaliteit. Dit is het geld waard!"

"Eliamos is a beautiful and intimate property. The rooms are huge and have a great private pool - you won’t want to leave. The highlight is the restaurant. We are almost every meal there and never got tired of it. The best food with local ingredients and a diverse menu. The breakfast was one of best we have ever had. We didn’t use the gym or spa but both looked great too. It’s on a secluded part of the island so a rental car is a must for exploring. See Antisamos Beach and Melissani Caves. Not a “kid focused” hotel, but they were great with our kids."

"Excellent location and fabulous for surrounding restaurants, bars and tavernas! Rooms are spacious with good air conditioning. Breakfast good and the staff are friendly and welcoming! One of the best locations I’ve stayed in the Greek islands. However, can’t be a 5* as the hotel readily has visitors from the 3* Athina across the road who pay €5 per night tourist tax whereas hotel guests pay €15 per night! There is no charge for them to use facilities, sunbeds and towels! You can’t unfortunately offer a 5* experience on those terms!!! Would I stay again? With all the pros ordinarily yes! But because of the lowering of their standards then NO!! should the current arrangement change then in a flash i’d change this opinion and return regularly!!!"

"We hadden een prachtige paar dagen in Diana studios voordat we op een fietsreis gaan. Alex heeft ons vriendelijk opgewaardeerd tot een suite (bedankt Alex) toen we vroeg in het seizoen waren aangekomen en de suite was beschikbaar. De suite was geweldig en de uitzichten waren spectaculair. We vonden het leuk om op het terras ontbijt te hebben, waar de vogels overal steken in het zwembad en de stinkende jasmine en honingzuur."

"This is my third visit to Kefalonia and it won’t be my last. I am relatively well travelled and have holidayed in Greece a number of times. Much of the reason I enjoy visiting the country is down to the climate, the food, the cultural atmosphere, the energy and above all the generosity of the Greek people and its community. This was my first visit to the Meilti Suites. I have stayed in many 5* star/first class accommodation over the years, and this was above all one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had whilst staying in Greece. For the most part, the staff in particular could not do enough to help - Stakis, the Operations Manager and Vasia, Property Co-ordinator went above and beyond on every occasion and offered the best customer service during my stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble and at every given opportunity they would go out of their way to offer their support. My advice to anyone looking to make a booking, is to get in quick, because before you know it, the place will be gone, gone, gone! It really is that good!"
Leivatho Hotel
"(Engelse versie hieronder) Een aantrekkelijk middelgroot hotel met aantrekkelijke stranden om de hoek, dichtbij Argostoli en de luchthaven, goede infrastructuur in de omgeving (restaurants, winkels, excursiebestemmingen, enz.). We hadden een junior suite, die ons erg beviel qua stijl en design. Dit geldt overigens voor het gehele hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, altijd behulpzaam, vooral willen we de barman Dimitris noemen, die altijd een goede tip heeft voor excursies, restaurants en dergelijke. Het ontbijt was redelijk, maar had te lijden onder de procesoptimalisatie: de koffie uit de zelfbedieningsautomaat is flauw en waterig, de keuze aan fruit is wat beperkt, het sinaasappelsap wordt gemaakt met ijsblokjes (indien vol). In veel opzichten lijkt het hotel aan vernieuwing toe. De airconditioning is overbelast bij 35 graden Celsius. De stoomafzuiging in de Junior Suites werkt niet. En de douche, hoewel stijlvol, functioneert gedeeltelijk niet. Over het algemeen vinden we niet dat de Leivatho 4 sterren verdient; we zouden hem als 3 sterren superieur beoordelen. Ondanks enkele tekortkomingen hebben wij een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Leivatho. "Arrived late afternoon and shown to our room which overlooked the small garden and pool area. The room was large and clean. All I would say on a negative the room was a little “tired” and could do with a spruce up. Small details like a new curtain for the patio and a few little touch ups here and there. The pool was a nice size and never crowded. Breakfast was ok a selection of bread, ham cheese coffee and juice. Maybe some fresh fruit would have been good. The location is good a 5 minute walk to the beach and Skalas Main Street. I would say though if you want 5 star plus pay for it, don’t expect 5 star accommodation when you’re paying 2 star prices. If your after a base in Skala then the big village is ok."

"The hotel has a great location, not far from the beach, and plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a small supermarket to the right of the hotel entrance where you can buy yogurt and other similar items. Behind the hotel is a commercial street where you can shop, but the shop owners are quite casual, and some close very early. The room has a small balcony, not too big or too small. The only drawback is the poorly designed bathroom; the shower is too small, and the toilet paper isn't even next to the toilet! You can arrange airport or ferry pick-up through the hotel on Ctrip, but this will incur an additional fee."

"We were the first guests at this hotel, and spent 10days here we stayed in the swim up sea front room, ( we highly recommend this room to stay) by far the nicest room we have stayed in, it had stunning views which had the sun until late evening , we had the warmest welcome by all the staff, they couldn’t have done more for us, we really enjoyed our stay here it was the perfect chill out location, the hotel was walking distance to a few good restaurants, I would highly recommend renting a car for a few days of your trip too if you like a adventure thanks to everyone at the hotel for our great experience."

"Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way."

"We zijn 6 keer naar dit geweldige hotel geweest en we hebben dit jaar op een half-board gereserveerd! Het personeel gaat boven en verder, de kamers zijn enorm en spotloos en de locatie is perfect. Het uitzicht van het hotel is verbazingwekkend. Eten en drank zijn het beste op het eiland. De dienst is top-notch - speciaal dankzij Catherine en Gerasimos. Dit is onze gelukkige plek en we kunnen niet wachten om u allemaal weer te zien in de nabijheid!"
