"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff was unprofessional, and the food was completely tasteless and of poor quality. They seemed more interested in making money on baseless charges than providing good service. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality, especially for families with children. They even charged us the full travel fare for a mere ounce of food for our 6-month-old baby! Despite confirming the room charges in advance, they added an extra ₹1000 compared to the online rates. The rooms were below standard—no kettle, no chair, and overall poor maintenance. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. When I asked for a bill for the amount paid, they kept saying they would send it via WhatsApp, but I have yet to receive"
