"We booked this hotel through Jet2 Holidays. It is a nice hotel but really I don't think it was ready for guests and the pictures on line are I would say enhanced so its not quite as nice as described. We stayed in a standard roof room which to be honest was tired . It needed a paint and a refresh. The safe wasn't working , there was no QR code for the mini bar , no information about the hotel in the room. The deck area was broken as was the sun screen on the balcony. Sometimes it was cleaned sometimes it wasn't . It was all a bit hit and miss. The spa was not available although the prices list did appear at reception on the day we were going home. When we asked about it the waiter simply shrugged. All this a little disappointing, but the view is lovely and in honesty we only slept in our room. It was a good size . Breakfast is served outside . The first day it was a buffet breakfast but was very limited , from then on we had a Turkish breakfast service to the table which was very nice but no juice is served and the fruit offering is very limited. We spent some time down on the deck by the sea but again it was bit help yourself, we asked for umbrella one day and then put them away and got them again the next day as no service was provided by the sea. The beach bar was out of use and a bit scruffy , There were no offers of drinks etc. We ate lunch at the hotel on the first day and were shocked that we were charged nearly £70 for a shared salad and calamari with 2 glasses of wine. Similarly we were shocked to find that 2 coffees came to £18.00. Suffice to say we did not eat or consume any drinks at the hotel. For lunch we went across the road to Riva and had a lovely lunch with 2 glasses of wine for the same cost of 2 coffees. You eat in the garden area over looking the sea it is very pleasant. I think the hotel really need to look at their prices as you feel like you are being ripped off. The hotel is well located for Kas. Reception staff will order a taxi which takes about 5 minutes to get into town. The town is lovely, very traditional and packed with lots of bars and restaurants all serving great food. We took the ferry one day over to Greece to a tiny island with a population of 300. The ferry only takes about 25 minutes and we had a lovely day. We also took a boat trip from the harbour to the sunken city with lots of stops for swims . I would definitely recommend it. We would return to Kas but would try a different hotel next time."

"The hotel is located at the end of the peninsula. Minibuses run every 30 minutes from the center of Kas to the hotel. It's an 8-minute walk from the bus stop. The hotel has cozy grounds and is well-maintained. There are standard rooms and hostel-style rooms available. There's a rooftop pool, and a DJ plays until 10 PM in the evenings. There's also a bar with snacks, and the prices are reasonable. A delicious breakfast is served on the rooftop in the morning. There's a shared kitchen and common room. I stayed one night in a 10-person female dorm. All beds have curtains. Each bed has a locker that you can lock with your own padlock, if you have one. The hotel is affordable. I recommend it."

"Het ligt op een fantastische locatie, heeft een eigen privéstrand en het uitzicht is ongelooflijk mooi. Het is een uur lopen naar het centrum van Kas – dat hebben we zelf gezien. Het ontbijt is standaard. Minpunten: Het terrein is slecht onderhouden, de ligstoelen en banken zijn vies. De vloer was plakkerig bij aankomst en wordt niet goed schoongemaakt."

"Een gezellig hotel op een prachtige locatie – op een schiereiland, wat betekent dat er een schitterend uitzicht op zee en werkelijk adembenemende vergezichten zijn. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en gevarieerd, wat absoluut een hoogtepunt van dit hotel is. Het personeel is vriendelijk en de kamers zijn klein, knus en schoon, met alles wat je nodig hebt (ik zou een paar extra kledinghangers op de kamer aanraden). Een erg leuke bonus – mooie strandtassen als cadeau voor hotelgasten. :) Het enige nadeel voor mij was het lawaai tot laat in de nacht vanwege de nabijheid van het hostel en het restaurant, dat tot 12 uur 's nachts open is. Het is onmogelijk om vroeg naar bed te gaan, wat voor mij belangrijk was."

"Gelegen in het hart van het zakendistrict van Kaş, op slechts 2 minuten van het strand, met winkels op de begane grond, is het hotel ongelooflijk gunstig gelegen. Bijzonder opvallend is de uitzonderlijke netheid en de verfijnde inrichting. Het ontbijt was het beste dat ik tot nu toe in Turkije heb gehad. Hoewel de kamer niet groot was, was deze schoon, hygiënisch en van alle gemakken voorzien – het meest bevredigende hotel waar ik tijdens mijn bijna een week durende reis door Turkije heb verbleven. Zelfs het onlangs geopende Marriott Shangri-La in Istanbul was niet zo schoon. Ik raad ook ten zeerste de eilandhoppertour aan om de verzonken stad te zien en te zwemmen in de azuurblauwe Middellandse Zee. Een boottocht van een dag inclusief lunch kost slechts 1300 lira – de boot op de foto is perfect. Boek direct; het is een absolute koopje! Kaş heeft een zeer positieve indruk op me achtergelaten wat betreft het eten, de accommodatie en het vervoer."

"Overall, the hotel is very pleasant and clean. It's located on a hill, so walking back in the heat is a nightmare. Breakfasts are meager, with very little choice and no hot dishes, mostly just cheeses, vegetables, and other cold cuts. On the plus side: the pool, beautiful views, and nice rooms. We only stayed for a couple of days, so everything was fine for us. But we wouldn't come here for a long stay."

Er is een restaurant op het dak net naast de suite met zwembad, wat de privacy denk ik belemmert. Er kunnen een soort gordijnen of jaloezieën worden geregeld om privacy te garanderen (aanbevolen). Over het algemeen was het een goede ervaring in Rhapsody."

"In July 2026, I booked two rooms at the XX Hotel in Turkey through a pop-up ad on the Ctrip app for a two-night stay from July 17th to July 19th. The actual hotel environment, room types, and facilities differed significantly from the promotional images and descriptions on the platform, constituting false advertising. Within two hours of check-in, I reached an agreement with the hotel front desk: I would retain the room for the July 17th night and receive a full refund for the remaining two rooms, totaling over 4000 RMB. This order was generated by Ctrip through a third-party distributor (***********), and the platform failed to disclose this secondary distribution channel throughout the process, infringing on my right to know. On July 17th and 18th, I called Ctrip customer service twice to request a refund. The staff only told me that providing the hotel staff member's surname was sufficient, without reminding me to take photos of the scene, submit a written confirmation, or record the conversation—essential evidence. Due to the platform's misleading information, I was unable to gather sufficient evidence after returning to China. Ctrip only agreed to compensate me 100 RMB, which I firmly reject. The subsequent contact person explicitly refused to provide the cooperation agreement between Ctrip and Booking, records of refund transactions between the three parties, customer service call recordings, and work order files, refusing to cooperate in providing evidence for rights protection. According to Article 62 of the E-commerce Law, e-commerce platforms must provide full-chain transaction data; refusal to do so will result in all adverse legal consequences. Demands: 1. A full refund of over 4,000 yuan for the one night's accommodation on July 18th that was not booked; 2. A complete set of transaction, customer service, and three-party communication vouchers, along with a written explanation bearing an official seal; 3. An investigation into Ctrip's concealment of distribution channels, the hotel's false advertising, misleading consumers in obtaining evidence, and refusal to cooperate in rights protection."

"A really nice and peaceful place to stay if you want to avoid crowds and enjoy the silence of nature. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a blast. There is a nice beach down the hill, about a 15–20 minute walk away, but if you have a car you can get there much more easily. The water is nice and clean, and there weren’t many people at the beach any time we went. Besides, if you like snorkelling, you can definitely enjoy it there. We saw some crabs, colourful fishes, and even a lionfish (be careful with that!). Breakfast is nice, tasty, and nourishing. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come here again one day! Thanks again!"
