"I had an absolutely amazing time at Prism, the Boutique Hotel, Jorhat. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and super clean bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that there were no hand towel provided in the washroom. Other than that, I can’t find any fault in the place and will definitely go back."

"During my 14 days stay I have been able to look everywere in the hotel. I met a spacious and well equiped room (water, coffee, thee, bathroom amenities and AC, rainshower, king size bed, and desk to work on), good food and excellent hospitality. I was impressed by the standard, quality, friendliness and efficientcy of the staff. I can definety recommand the Clubway Grand."

"We hebben meer dan een week in Jironi verblijven dankzij een toernooi. Het personeel recht van reserveringen, naar kamer en service over het hotel was zeer aardig en ingericht. Ze namen extra aandacht voor al onze verzoeken.. Van het aanpassen van onze planning tot het vroege ontbijt. Specifieke dank aan de eigenaar, die regelmatig met ons sprak om ons verblijf te controleren bij de directeur-generaal, die altijd rond was, of nacht of dag en de huishoudelijke dame (Ik vergat om haar naam te vragen). Ze heeft schriftelijk alle behoeften opgevangen en was heel gastvrij. Bedankt voor het hele personeel in Jironi voor het plezier van ons verblijf."

"Total scam. We booked through booking but when we got to the hotel they told us there is a "formality issue" and can't host foreigners. We were told not to worry as they would book another hotel for us. I repeatedly asked which hotel it would be and when they finally disclosed the name, it turned out it was much cheaper, but they insisted it was "the same tariff as Bliss" which it clearly wasn't, it was 50% cheaper. In the end we opted to book this other hotel online. Thgen the manager told us he would arrange someone to take us there but they wouldn't provide the transfer for free... they would charge 500rp for a 1km ride. We ended up exiting the hotel and getting a ride for 100Rp. Total scam: a) did not respect the booking b) did not want to reimburse the difference c) did not offer free transport at least as it was their fault d) the transfer option they charged us was 5X the going rate we found"
