"Zeer goed schoon hotel dicht bij ISBT Jorhat. Van de luchthaven duurt het 20 minuten. Ik woonde in het Annex gebouw, 250 meter van het belangrijkste hotelgebouw. Gratis shuttle service beschikbaar tussen het Annex en het hoofdgebouw, maar het is gewoon wandelbaar afstand. U kunt ontbijt nemen bij de bijlage (instellen menu) of bij het hoofdgebouw (meestal vegetarisch buffet), zonder extra kosten. Het enige probleem is dat de vensterbuis in de kamer een gat heeft en het buitengeluid vanuit de gatruimte kwam, dus het moet worden vastgezet tot lucht-dicht. De muur-geluidsbestendig is goed, maar het venster en de deur zijn niet."

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ginger Jorhat for 2 nights with our family of 8 members while visiting Jorhat for my sister’s wedding reception, and our experience was truly wonderful and memorable. The hotel enjoys an excellent and convenient location, making it easily accessible and a great choice for families, business travellers and visitors to Jorhat. The overall ambience was pleasant, welcoming and comfortable. The rooms were clean, well maintained, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, providing a relaxing atmosphere after our busy wedding celebrations. Housekeeping and cleanliness were well taken care of, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, fresh and well prepared, and we thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. The quality of food, presentation and attentive restaurant service were all commendable. What impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of the hotel staff. Everyone was polite, courteous, cooperative and always ready to assist with a smile. A very special appreciation and heartfelt thanks to Nilakhi Dutta for her outstanding service, warm hospitality and personal attention. Her friendly attitude, helpful nature and dedication to ensuring our family's comfort truly stood out. She went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant and memorable. Such genuine hospitality deserves special recognition! Another major highlight is that Ginger Jorhat offers excellent value for money. Considering the comfortable accommodation, delicious food, convenient location, cleanliness and quality of service, the hotel provides a wonderful overall experience at a reasonable price. Travelling with a family of eight can sometimes be challenging, but the team at Ginger Jorhat made our stay smooth, comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience with great hospitality, excellent food, comfortable rooms, a prime location and true value for money! "We moved to this hotel in urban Jorhat from Thengal Manor when we wanted a cleaner newer hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We started in the only room available—the lowest grade on the ground floor. Small room and not a great view. We moved to an upgraded room for two more nights and it was very nice. There’s no place to walk around the area but the hotel itself was clean and service was good. We especially enjoyed the restaurant and in particular the rooftop “bar” (no license—byob or get someone from the staff to purchase beer for you). Service was great there. Didn’t think much of Jorhat as a place to visit—we would have skipped it had we known more. But the hotel was great—the best part."
