He helped us get our luggage and guided us to the front desk of the hotel. When we arrived at the front desk, every hotel staff member was smiling. While we were checking in, the hotel housekeeper, Ms. Gu Jialan, added WeChat to introduce all the hotel facilities and help us book dinner. There was a comfortable smile throughout the entire process! After checking in, the receptionist at the front desk helped us with our luggage and introduced the details of the hotel along the way. After checking into the room, we took a short rest and contacted the butler to help us book the SPA. A 90-minute hotel feature - Himalayan rock salt therapy, my wife and I felt great. Super cool and very comfortable. At the beginning of dinner, the service staff in the hotel restaurant were all smiling and the dishes were very good. At present, domestic hotels, as far as all the hotels we have stayed in, the hotel hardware is impeccable, in terms of service, I think it should also be the ceiling. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the snack bar and supermarket in the town. We are 2 adults and 1 child (the younger one is just under 1.3 meters tall), and the room price includes hot spring tickets for the two adults. The guy at the front desk was very nice and gave us a child’s hot spring ticket. He didn’t ask us to add a child’s breakfast for breakfast the next day. Fees, these money are really saved. The hot spring ticket provided by the hotel allows you to enter and exit the hot spring pavilion twice for free on the first day of your stay, and once for free on the second day, which is enough for us to play until we stop playing. Fortunately, there are hot springs, so even if it rained the next afternoon, it wouldn’t affect our fun. The room is quite large, with a bathtub, a smart toilet, a refrigerator, a safe, a digital TV (cannot cast the screen), etc. The 2.7-meter large bed is two beds put together and is very comfortable. A free piece of fruit is provided. The hot spring hotel is open from 12 :00–22:00, you can ask the front desk to make a reservation for the shuttle bus (the shuttle bus ends at 5:30 p.m.). In fact, it only takes 5-6 minutes to walk there. There is an indoor heated water park for children, outdoor bathing, and an infinity swimming pool on the third floor. All in all, it’s good and can be used twice.

Reception by the two ladies was friendly. Service by Ms Cai was especially warm. She also helped with my luggage after checkout and accompanied us to our car at Xitang’s gate. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a convenient and accessible location, just slightly away (a short walk) from the main thoroughfare so it was peaceful. We will not hesitate to stay here again :)

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I absolutely loved my room, it was perfect for a solo traveler, the service was good. The host made sure that i was well taken care of and she made sure that my needs were taken care of, at some point i forgot that i was traveling solo. The location is very convenient, it’s close to Jiashan-nan railway station, there’s hot springs and chocolate factory nearby. I 100% recommend this place. I can’t wait to book again :)

Departing from Shanghai in the morning, we first went to Chocolate Town for 4 hours. We arrived at the hotel at 3 pm. The hotel is located in the hot spring town. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the snack bar and supermarket in the town. We are 2 adults and 1 child (the younger one is just under 1.3 meters tall), and the room price includes hot spring tickets for the two adults. The guy at the front desk was very nice and gave us a child’s hot spring ticket. He didn’t ask us to add a child’s breakfast for breakfast the next day. Fees, these money are really saved. The hot spring ticket provided by the hotel allows you to enter and exit the hot spring pavilion twice for free on the first day of your stay, and once for free on the second day, which is enough for us to play until we stop playing. Fortunately, there are hot springs, so even if it rained the next afternoon, it wouldn’t affect our fun. The room is quite large, with a bathtub, a smart toilet, a refrigerator, a safe, a digital TV (cannot cast the screen), etc. The 2.7-meter large bed is two beds put together and is very comfortable. A free piece of fruit is provided. The hot spring hotel is open from 12 :00–22:00, you can ask the front desk to make a reservation for the shuttle bus (the shuttle bus ends at 5:30 p.m.). In fact, it only takes 5-6 minutes to walk there. There is an indoor heated water park for children, outdoor bathing, and an infinity swimming pool on the third floor. All in all, it’s good and can be used twice.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I absolutely loved my room, it was perfect for a solo traveler, the service was good. The host made sure that i was well taken care of and she made sure that my needs were taken care of, at some point i forgot that i was traveling solo. The location is very convenient, it’s close to Jiashan-nan railway station, there’s hot springs and chocolate factory nearby. I 100% recommend this place. I can’t wait to book again :)
