"Zeer duur voor comfort, het is niet de moeite waard om zoveel te betalen. Basiskamers, mooi uitzicht, maar vrij bedekt met de cabines, een straat over de eigendom en ontbijt is zeer essentieel. Zij bieden geen drinkwater voor de gasten. Turkse badkamer kost 40 000... Zet een keuken in de advertentie dat een wasmachine en een koelkast zal worden. Het is slecht, want de plek is mooi, gelukkig is heer Sergio beschikbaar en doet zijn werk, in tegenstelling tot de eigenaars die we lijken te beledigen."

"Onze verblijf in het Cedrela huis was gewoon geweldig. Sinds de aankomst was de aandacht van het personeel warm en oppassend, altijd pendant van elke detail om ons te voelen als thuis. Het eten is heerlijk, met unieke smaak en onverschillige presentaties. De plek is een echte droom: met mooie en gezellige ruimtes die uitnodigen tot rust en rust. Een hotel Boutique die de verwachtingen overschrijdt en waar we zo snel terug willen komen."

Hotel Rio Piedras

"We booked the king size bed suite. The rooms of this hotel are right next to a main street where all vehicles, especially noisy motorbikes and trucks have to travel to move around the city at any time. It feels like sleeping on the road. The noise of the motorbikes did not allow us to sleep for 2 nights, the room is a clean room that seems to have been remodeled, but it looks like a prison with high white ceilings without any wall decoration, just a TV on the wall full of ugly cables that lead to a huge table with which you hit your knee when walking. The windows do not have curtains to block out the morning light, which means that at six a.m. you’ll be awake . When we woke up (after a few hour sleep) we found out that the water heater was not working, having to shower in 58f (14c) weather, with water as cold as a cold river. Some people complained about it, and at night we managed to get hot water, but the next morning the water was freezing again. Staying in this hotel was a nightmare, the reasons to stay in a hotel is to sleep well and have a nice shower, neither can be achieved in this place. The staff, although friendly, did not guide us correctly on how to get tour guides to learn about Jericó, even gave us wrong directions. The food at the restaurant was horrible, we ate on one occasion and left the whole pizza on the table. The stay includes breakfasts, breakfasts that consisted of only 3 options, no juices, just coffee or tea, horrible, a poorly cooked single egg, a cold toast and an arepa that could barely be eaten, the first day we left breakfast on the table and went to have breakfast elsewhere and never came back to the restaurant. We are still waiting to put on some robes that were suppose to be deliver to the room. We weren't expecting a 5-star hotel, but we weren't expecting a cheap overpriced motel either. The bathroom is very nice and comfortable, but it is useless if you have to shower with freezing cold water. Terrible experience, this cannot be called a hotel, and not for almost $100 per night, maybe a hostel or a motel is a better category, I wouldn’t pay more than $25 for this place. The building is nice, the view from the balcony is beautiful, but it's useless if you can't sleep, rest or shower comfortably, be aware."

"Beautiful little town on the Cauca river. Went for a weekend and it was so disappointing. Came from Medellin to rest and first night the hotel had a party at their bar till 11:30 PM with loud live music. Room was barren, had no wifi and no TV. The floor was so old that it was impossible to not wake up everyone in the middle of the night when anyone walked on it. Breakfast was disappointing. It was a long weekend with a national holiday so prices were extremely inflated. Beautiful river but with trash on the beach by the hotel. All the restaurants in town are owned by the same company, so the menu is basically the same overpriced food. Disappointing."

"The house it’s beautiful near Cauca river. We visit the hotel for the Oleo Bistro restaurant because we love those in Santa fe de Antioquia and Jardin. The staff seem to be in training for example offered ice with the beer and have no idea of the dishes they served. We must say the food was fresh and great quality with a few flaw details like The beef carpaccio that comes with spinach instead of arugula and without lemon or vinegar. Great risotto di mare and meats."
