Even after the pandemic, Le Meridien is still one of the best 5 stars hotel that I value with an excellent rating. It's been always a pleasure to organise meetings and events here. Some of the rooms haven't been renovated yet, but still well-maintained. The buffeett is GREAT. The new look of the lobby is nice, and appreciate the GM who always near around the customers. THANK YOU for the hospitality and utmost job of the sales team (Mrs. Okta and Ms. Inggar), event team (Mr. Oka and Mr. Dewa), banquet team (Mr. Septian), FO team (Mr. Dean) and F&B team. Can't wait to have another stays and events at the Le Meridien!

I understand that it was an old hotel but finding 4 small cockroaches is really bad. The towels and robe are old too. Can see old wallpaper with stain and flaking and old wood flooring. Mold on the toilets and crack hairlines in the bathtub. The alley way is warm and stuffy too. The room are mostly lit with yellow warm light so not bright. However overall service is good, staff are friendly and always greets with smile

I booked the corner room for my stay, it has a killer view and the room design helped me to fully enjoy the view from different angles and I could watch the sunset. For the current price, the facilities have room for improvements, for instance the TV is still quite old and has limited channels, it would be perfect to give smart TV or maybe add more channels. It would also be great to install a rain shower for every room in addition to the existing shower now.

the best attributes are location and price. reasonable price in a prime location, 2 large malls within walking distance. The area is also relatively safe, plus a McD in the same building should you have midnight cravings or early morning hunger However as a business hotel (no facilities) there are a lot to improve - already indicated there are no windows, so good for short stay - Cleanliness needed improving as we found small cockroaches inside the bathroom and one even crawled up the bed - wifi speed was terrible, borderline unusable - room partition was terribly thin, you can hear the conversations from the other rooms (even noises of **********, if that's you thing)

My most recent staycation was at the Shangri-la Hotel in Jakarta on May 31, 2023. The dinner at Satoo was great, and the waiter, particularly the waiter, Mr. Bayu, was extremely nice and helpful. I came at 4 in the morning, the glass door was closed, the lights were dim. As soon as I entered, the swift staff immediately appeared to turn on the main lights and serve my check process properly. Not a few minutes later I have got a room card and entered my room. The room is pretty clean, the facilities are adequate for my type, which is not too complicated with facility problems. Only the window is lacking because it says ”there is a window” but apparently there is no view out 😁😁😁 For food, the breakfast is delicious. My taste once. Especially the noodles. Lazis... 😊 But it's a shame I haven't had time to order room service specifically for food because I had lunch and dinner outside the hotel. But from the appearance and prices in the menu book on the table under the TV it seems quite complete and delicious. For those who have long or thick hair, want to wash their hair at the hotel, don't worry. Hairdryer ready in the room, under the hanger. Little input. In the future it would be nice if the staff checked the cleanliness of the bed covers/sheets because even though I'm sure they've been washed, there were a few orange spots that I found. And also the placement of trash bins, should be calculated properly so as not to block the Qibla direction. (Sorry, yesterday I moved the trash to near the dressing table). For staff, it's a good idea to wear clothes with nametags. Even though the uniform is in the form of a t-shirt, I think, the nameplate can still be worn making it easier for visitors/guests to recognize the staff on duty at that time. So far, thank you for the service during my stay there. ☺️

Stayed in here for concert Regime Tour Jakarta. Booked via Agoda. Recommended hotel if you want to stay near GBK Senayan Room was good, clean but not big. They give amenities sandal hotel, toothbrush, shampoo, body soap, towel, 2 mineral water. No kuttle jug, coffee and tea. Stay at 2nd floor you can easily access through stairs. This hotel become one with the coffee shop. The one I love, the room rate include breakfast. The choice of breakfast not much but these enough for small hotel.

Service was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

I like this room with its own kitchen. I stayed for four or five days. I can put the fruits I bought in the refrigerator and then I can simply cook. There is a supermarket downstairs. On the third day, I went back and went back halfway, and the staff was cleaning. My mother, I need three people to clean together, one bathroom, one bedroom, one living room and kitchen.
