Many things I didn’t like about this hotel. The only think I liked is the location 2 mins walking from the bus station. But very poor wifi , bad mattress. I arrived 12:30 they made me wait till 2 pm even if they could let me earlier. I asked for 1 double bed they didn’t provide it. For 50$/night I excepted much more. Won’t come back and will find another hotel for the rest of my stay

The five Star hotel in the village a sapanca nice well, i know here because when in stay in Istanbul i want go to the some place for the Calm and far away a crowded, but here you can't see for personnel can speaking English you must using Google translate or talking with Outside workers

Sakinlik ve huzurun yanında temiz ve modern bir ortam arıyorsanız kesinlikle Sapanca Alfa Suites’ e gidin. Geçtiğimiz hafta üç kız arkadaş deneyimledik ve döndüğümüzden beri tavsiye etmediğimiz kalmadı neredeyse. Otelden ayrılmak, Sapanca’ yı gezmek dahi istemedik o derece beğendik. Merkezde olup da otoparka girdiğiniz andan itibaren şehir görüntüsünden soyutlandığınız, büyük ve kalabalık tek bir binadaki bir otel odasında olmaktansa odadan verandaya çıkıp sessiz sakin çayınızı kahvenizi içtiğinizi düşünün.. Mini villalara ve otele ait fotoğraflar zaten mevcut, yazmaya gerek yok muhteşem, ama tüm bu güzelliklerin yanında personeli inanılmaz güler yüzlü, alakalı ve saygılı. Resepsiyonda daha gitmeden iletişime geçtiğimde yardımcı olan Talha Bey, vale Fatih Bey, Engin Bey, isimlerini bilmediğim renkli gözlü iki bey vardı onlar, oda temizlik servisine bakan bayanlar, çay saati ve kahvaltı servisindeki bay bayan arkadaşlar hepsini özellikle yazmak ve teşekkür etmek istedim. Çok fazla gezen biri olmama rağmen hiç bir yer için yorum yapmamıştım fakat Alfa Suites için yazmadan geçemedim. En yakın zamanda fırsat yaratıp eşim ve çocuklarımla ve ailemle ve diğer arkadaşlarımla tekrar tekrar gideceğim.. :)

First, if good holidays were soon for everyone to escape from Istanbul, this is an opportunity to escape from Istanbul, a great environment, a great nature, a great boutique hotel expectations I have kept low, but I enjoyed my expectations much above all, I recommend to everyone, it's about it. I thought it was VERY inconvenient to not be able to expense meals/drinks/services to my room to have just one final bill. For business travelers, this implies needing to report and expense several bills instead of just one upon check-out. Second, the food quality at the restaurant was subpar, to say the least. Once, I ordered a medium/rare T-steak. It arrived overcooked, on a bed of BBQ sauce (WHY?!), and it was the hardest meat I'd eaten in years, it was very disappointing. Third, the spa. I booked a 50min massage at the hammam. While I was there, there were 2 teen guests talking very loud, yelling, clapping on the water recipients, etc. I had to tell them myself to please be quiet, while I was covered in foam (this should be done by the person delivering the massage at the first sign of noise and disrespect), yet they continued doing their own show. Fourth, when I left, I looked at the clock and the massage had finished after 32min, when I paid for 50min one. Fifth: The coffee machine at the buffet is old and delivers only water when you press the coffee-vanilla option, and for the rest of them it's an unsavory, watery diluted coffee. Totally not what you'd expect from this sort of hotel. The only good think I found during my stay were the premises, which are new and tidy. I don’t think I would come back.
