Room was clean. Get extra bed for child. Only down side is miscommunication with the hotel staff. As they request for extra charge for child (7 & 9 years old) but we already chose room that includes child.
But overall everything was good & a lot of varieties selection for breakfast buffet. 👍🏻

Nice hotel on excellent location overseeing the see The lady manager was rude t o us when we arrived we stayed 3 hours waiting for our suit The breakfast was average or below average in turkey .we enjoyed the area restaurants cafe and the see side

I want to thank you all for the perfect stay that you gave me and my family Every thing was fast and perfect The clean The service The room The view All 🌹 I want to thank Mr.fatih from the reception His kind and gentle personal is the reason that i toke two suit room For 6 nights And thanks for him i swear if i back to izmit i will stay in your hotel and i will recomend my friend , family & my co. We have clearly stated all of the problems that we have faced during our 4 nights staying at the hotel to their Sales and Marketing Director on 3rd day of our stay. She didn't even take a note any of them. Promised to get back to us all of the reported issues within 1 hour, but she didn't even care of us and our reported issues. They are mostly focused on the local events where they are making most of their income for our understanding and don't care the rest of their clients. Definitely don't recommend this facility, not a worth of the money. Go with your other options.
