"What an extremely pleasant stay. We arrived earlier than our check in time as we had finished early at a local attraction so just though we would see if our room was ready. Straight away meeting Suzi on the check in desk. She was super friendly and helpful. Luckily our room was ready so we checked I straight away. Suzi was lovely taking the time to talk with my 9 year old daughter about where she'd been and what we'd been doing on that day. We then proceeded to our room. As it very hot outside we were looking forward to a fully air conditioned room. Unfortunately the air con didn't seem to be working so we mentioned this to Suzi as we were off out to get some food. On returning to the hotel a male member of staff was now on the desk, unfortunately didn't get his name, but he informed us that the air con was indeed not working in our room, so they had already switched our room. We just had to move our things. Also he gave us a little bag and said Suzi had pit together a little children's goodie bag for our daughter. What a lovely touch. We had a perfects night sleep. The hotel was quiet, clean and smelling very fresh. If ever anyone is in this area I would recommend this premier inn. Suzi went above and beyond to help us, and also the other member of staff was also very friendly and welcoming too! We have stayed at many premier inns and the staff are usually very good but here they we have receieved 5 star service."

Our room was in a quiet location with a very comfortable bed; it was clean and perfect for a relaxing break. We also visited the leisure club and were very pleased with the facilities. Het is een prachtige verzameling perfect aangewezen boerderijstijlbars en herderhoven in idyllische Suffolk landschap dat je echt kunt ‘ontsnappen’ terwijl binnen een half uur’s rijden van prachtige kuststranden, De beroemde Sutton Hoo begraafplaats en de heerlijke Snape Maltings. Onze verblijf werd nog meer herinnerbaar dankzij hun welkom en ingebed personeel en hun heerlijke huis gekookt en plaatselijke voedsel die werd geserveerd in hun charmante bar restaurant . Een zekere ‘moet terug’ voor ons !"

"I knew parking on site was limited but can gain access to public parking only £6 overnight or £10 if parked directly outside the hotel. Just cross over the small bridge, very pretty at night time when lit up. Staff are very helpful and patient. Will like to return to this hotel."

"The room is old dated. Lack of attention very old stained furniture. The toilet was dirty. Asked to be cleaned to come back and all they did was give me clean towels. Bed sheets full of hairs. Which they changed after I asked to be changed. They did not vacuum the room. Carpets all over the room was old and stained/ dirty. Breakfast was lacking on choices and restaurant carpets dirty seats old with stains. So not pleasant to eat there. The highlight of this stay was the swimming pool facility. Really lovely big and nice."
