"The Horrific Experience at Flat Cheiro do Mar: We stayed from May 19th to May 26th. The location is excellent. However, Flat Cheiro do Mar already gives a bad impression from the reception, which is a disproportionately small space for the employees to work. The room feels like something out of a horror movie: no ventilation, a window that can't be opened, and whenever we opened the bedroom or bathroom door, the smell of sewage was very strong—which totally contradicts the name "Cheiro do Mar" (Smell of the Sea). The flat is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, blender, and sandwich maker. However, the refrigerator and microwave seem to have been bought at a junkyard and only "fixed up" to work. The kitchen sink and faucet are inexplicable, as is the bathroom: the sink basin is tiny and stays wet all the time. The hairdryer is only useful when needed. The beds have very old mattresses, and the sheets and towels were dingy and stained. Breakfast is characterized by repetition and a lack of healthy options. When there is cake or pie, the leftovers are served again the next day and then reused for an afternoon snack. The most impressive thing is that, even then, there is still food left over. The employees who prepare breakfast need a culinary course, but honestly, it's almost pitiful to see them, because they do everything there: besides taking care of the breakfast, they also clean the apartments. I hope at least they receive a good salary. This was just a small part of the disappointment we had with Flat Cheiro do Mar. And there is no "cost-benefit" excuse that justifies the experience offered."

"Unfortunately, the cleaning was awful, I FOUND A HUGE COCKROACH; when I arrived the room was very dirty, then they said it wasn't the right room and I was directed to another one, when I arrived there wasn't even toilet paper, the closet was in front of the electrical outlet, I spent a long time looking for the receiver, the shower stall was dirty from the beach area; the faucet was broken, dripping constantly, a disappointment; the only good thing was the breakfast which surpassed that of many hotels; THE REST WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT, THERE IS A LOT TO IMPROVE AND LEARN."

"I didn’t stay here, I had dinner at the restaurant of Pousada EcoPort. The territory of Pousada is beautiful and very clean, the hall and restaurant area are also very clean. The restaurant service is excellent. but there are problems with the restaurant food. I ordered 2 different octopus dishes to try the taste from the chef, since there is an advertisement for the restaurant on the road. the octopus was either terribly overcooked or terribly undercooked, Both dishes were rubbery, impossible to chew. The ingredients added to both dishes were also tasteless and they were from the level of a cheap eatery . Don’t waste your money in this restaurant until they change the chefs"
