"It’s a new Islamic hotel, and they provide free breakfast for two from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, with an additional charge of 140 baht for extra guests.
Since the hotel is new, everything was in excellent condition. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the service was great. They even have a swimming pool. I also appreciated the kiblat signage in the room, which is very convenient for Muslim guests.
The only downside is that it’s quite far from the city, with no nearby 7-Eleven or food stalls. Other than that, everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if I visit Hatyai in the future."

Overall, a pleasant stay, though housekeeping could improve."

The cleanliness of the room was just okay, and there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of upkeep and attention to detail. The service was average as well — staff were helpful when approached, but not very proactive. The facilities were basic and functional, but nothing special.
Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay if you prioritize location, but there’s room to improve in cleanliness, service, and facilities."

"The hotel room is beautifully designed. A huge smart TV, nice bath tub and a hugh comfortable bed. All the staff are friendly. Shout out to Funny, she helped to get a grab and also good recommendations to restaurants. She told me to try hotel restaurant but I told her want to try one outside first. Breakfast is delicious. Not many people knew about 2nd floor also have breakfast. We were there for 3 days, not many people ate at level 2. Overall is a hotel that I will defined stay again."

"I had a pleasant stay at JB Hansa Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent, close to many shops and conveniences. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciated the free car park, which made traveling around much easier.
Overall, it’s a great value for money and I would definitely recommend JB Hansa Hotel for both short and long stays."

"Check in process was easy and fast. Deposit 1,000 thai baht and it is refundable upon check out. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and clean. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and hot shower was nice. Walking distance to the Lee Garden area about 5 minutes walk. Along the way have several 7eleven outlets. Also many restaurants nearby. About 9 minutes going to the Asean Night Bazaar & Central Hatyai Mall by Grab or Bolt. Overall it was a great stay here."

"Home away from home. The place feels like my home with all the comforts. Big thanks to Chin for making my travel very smooth and pleasant. She helped with recommendations for places to eat in Hatyai and also organized where I can shop and go for massage. She is a local who loves her city. The location is easy for Grab drivers to find and is near Florida night market. Try the crispy biscuits from the cart outside. It's good."

LLeeAiTeeEvery time I come to Hat Yai, my only job is to book the hotel and Casa 33 is always our first choice.
The hotel is clean, bright, and peaceful. Everything is well taken care of, and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable.
On my last two trips, Jub at the front desk gave me great suggestions as soon as I arrived. Special Thanks to her and all reception staff as well for the warm welcome and support

Need to change room. 2nd room need to change room too due to basin taps loose can't be use properly. Exhaust bathroom also not working.. I think the hotel maintenance is poor. Overall, reception service staff is good and housekeeper too. Location near to Central Hatyai shopping, Greenway and Aseania..
Hope that hotel maintenance improves.

YYangHSWe went during the red alert flood period, electricity was cut off and nobody was able to get out from the hotel. The hotel provided us 3 meals per day and also mineral water, helped us out by finding boats to airport, the staff was super helpful during such a devastating situation. The hotel deserved a 5 stars review on their management on this kind of rare condition. Otherwise the room amenities was as normal hotel, clean and tidy. Location also walkable from airport shuttle drop off point and 2 convenience store.

NNFaaaaaaaaHGreat Service and Convenient Location, but Some Minor Issues
This was our second stay at this hotel, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. We arrived late, but the staff welcomed us with big smiles and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room, including the bathroom, was clean and well-maintained.
One of the things we appreciated was the convenience of the location. There's a 7-Eleven just around the corner, which is very handy. The hotel is also quite close to the ASEAN Night Market and Central Hat Yai, making it easy to explore the area.
Although the hotel doesn't provide dedicated parking, there were a few parking spaces available in front of the hotel and along the back alley. However, it can get quite full at night due to the bar next door. We still managed to find parking during our stay, but at times you may need to walk a little.
Downsides:
The biggest issue is the bar located right next to the hotel. It gets quite loud after 10 PM, and we could clearly hear the music in our room. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this might be a problem.
The water drainage in the bathroom was poor on the first night, causing the bathroom to flood after a shower. It improved slightly on the second night, but the water still pooled before eventually draining.
We booked a twin room, and one of the beds was quite wobbly—it shook every time someone moved. The other bed was fine, though.
Despite these issues, the friendly service and convenient location made our stay enjoyable. If the noise and minor maintenance issues don’t bother you, this hotel is a decent choice for a short stay in Hat Yai.
