Hotels in Vientiane met Wifi

De kamer rook nog erg sterk naar 'nieuw', wat me behoorlijk hoofdpijn bezorgde. Van alle hotels waar ik tot nu toe heb verbleven, is dit de eerste keer dat ik zo'n slechte ervaring heb gehad. Nadat ik buiten al een nare situatie had meegemaakt, kwam ik terug in het hotel en ontdekte ik dat al mijn spullen uit de kamer waren gehaald en bij elkaar waren gepakt. Sommige items waren verdwenen en andere lagen op een andere plek, dus ik moest ze opnieuw gaan zoeken. Ik had twee nachten geboekt, maar de receptioniste zei dat er in het systeem maar één nacht stond nadat mijn spullen al uit de kamer waren gehaald. Bij het inchecken op de eerste avond probeerde ik de boekingsbevestiging te laten zien waar twee nachten op stonden, maar de medewerker leek toen wat verward. Toen ik aandrong op twee nachten, vroegen ze niet om de boeking opnieuw te controleren, totdat ik zelf de exacte datums liet zien. Ik weet niet zeker of dit een fout was van Trip.com of van het hotelsysteem, maar op dat moment was ik al erg overstuur en deze situatie deed me in tranen uitbarsten. Een andere gast gaf me vriendelijk tissues, en dat gebaar waardeer ik enorm. Gelukkig ben ik niet iemand die graag ruzie maakt, maar ik vind het belangrijk om deze recensie te schrijven ter verbetering. Ik zou betere training van het personeel met betrekking tot het incheckproces willen voorstellen. Zorg ervoor dat de boekingsbevestiging van de gast altijd wordt gecontroleerd en dat de verblijfsduur altijd opnieuw wordt bevestigd tijdens het inchecken, om dit soort fouten in de toekomst te voorkomen. Om deze reden trek ik één ster af, voor de schok en de overlast die dit heeft veroorzaakt!

It’s a quaint but new and aesthetically pleasing hotel in the heart of Vientiane. Just a walking distance to major temples and places in the city, e.g. Night Market, cafes, Mekong riverside. The room is just nice for me and everything is well-maintained. I like the swimming pool view from my balcony, as well as the mini-bar snack and drinks for a reasonable price but the best of all is the complimentary breakfast, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Highly recommended and such a good value for money! 💯

Beste gastvrijheid in Vientiane. Dankzij de zorg van de eigenaar was onze Vientiane reis perfect. Het hotel is ongelooflijk schoon en het personeel is zeer snel met hun service. Vooral de ontbijtnoten en vruchten die de eigenaar persoonlijk bereidde waren verbazingwekkend.Je kunt echt de eerlijkheid voelen. We waren een familie van 5 en bezorgd over het vervoer, maar de eigenaar heeft het voor ons goed gesorteerd. Als je op zoek bent naar een schoon boutique hotel met een echte eigenaar, dit is de plek.

The location is super strategic, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. I was able to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and landmarks with ease. The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring I had a comfortable stay. The hostel itself was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Overall, I'd highly recommend TT Hostel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly and conveniently located place to stay in Vientiane. Five stars and can't wait to come back!

The hotel is at a really good location, only a few minutes walk from the Nighy market! The staff are quite helpful as well, and the overall quality of the rooms is good for the money. The first night I got there, the pipe in the shower was unfortunately clogged. After notifying them the issue, the staff moved me to the bigger family room with no issue. You would need to notify them if you need cleaning for your room, but all the staff are helpful with any request you may have. The only downside I would say is the lack of elevators, which might be cumbersome if you have lots of stuff with you. Overall though, I had a great time at this hotel 🤗

De kamers zijn ruim, goed uitgerust en het openbaar vervoer is goed geregeld. Het hotel ligt op 10 minuten lopen van de Arc de Triomphe. Er is een Lao-China Bank naast het hotel waar u oud geld kunt wisselen. Er zijn ook een ouderwetse koffiebar en een supermarkt, waardoor het erg handig is om te reizen en te winkelen. Het verblijf in het Tianjie Hotel was een geweldige reiservaring. Ik zal dit hotel zeker weer kiezen wanneer ik Vientiane de volgende keer bezoek.

It was big, clean, and well-equipped with toiletries. The shower had hot water be careful and the overall design felt nice. It was a refreshing space to unwind after a busy day. There was a mix of local Lao dishes and international favorites, including fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and cereals. The quality of the food was very good, and the dining area was pleasant and well-maintained. It was a great way to start the day. Staff: The staff at Central Vientiane Hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Whether I needed recommendations for local restaurants or help with arranging transportation, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. My favorite Vientiane hotel of all time. The service is incredibly excellent without any expectations. The staffs all are very helpful especially Tam and Na . The room is spacious, despite the hotel building is behind another building but peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel. will comeback again. Thank for a smooth and wonderful service.
