"Nice place to stay, Abit concern about the security of the room, the door cannot fully lock. Some equipment inside the room are damaged. Water heater cannot heat water properly (sometime work, sometimes not)."

The pool is perfect for relaxing, and the peaceful surroundings give a calming and refreshing vibe. The architecture and structure of the hotel are beautiful and thoughtfully designed, creating a truly serene atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. This was my second time staying here, and it was just as perfect as it looked on Booking. "Не в самом центре, но в шаговой доступности. Приветливый персонал, хорошие завтраки, номер просторный. Но у нас в номере не было ничего от гнуса и при этом были огромные щели в дверях выходящих на балкон, а под дверью мошкары было не меньше, чем в сезон в сибирских лесах)"

"This hotel is okay. I found the location to be good and just a short walk to the main busy areas. The young lads who work there are lovely and always greet you when entering or leaving which is lovely. Where this place fell short for me was I had a leak in the bathroom. The water was dripping out onto the floor constantly. When I told them the bathroom floor was full of water they didn’t seem concerned or interested in fixing the solution even after looking at it - I had to ask for a room change, it was not offered. None until next day which was fine but I had to then ask for a bucket to try and prevent having to walk through water every time I needed to use the toilet. I got one and it filled it very quickly. I got moved to another room next day and had no fridge - they put one in there for me after me asking. I stayed for 4 nights and no one came to sweep my floor or provide a new bath towel/ toilet roll. Also I asked about laundry and told it be done by afternoon the next day. I left a bag of clothes. Went to collect the ‘evening’ of the next day and my bag was just left under the reception counter not done. Not sure why no-one didn’t ask each other why is this bag still here? It had been longer than 24h. I had to be up and on a bus out of Kampot the next morning :-( I have scored well because they change me to another room but I had to ask for it. That pipe need fixing - someone could slip and hurt themselves."

My room offered a fantastic view of the football stadium, which was a great bonus. The bathroom facilities were excellent, with a particularly good shower that made each morning refreshing. The room itself and the bed were among the best I've encountered - truly comfortable and well-appointed.
