Faciliteiten: De faciliteiten zijn vrij nieuw, maar de kamer ruikt sterk naar recente renovaties. Zelfs met de airconditioning aan helpt de luchtreiniger niet, wat erg onaangenaam is. Netheid: De netheid is goed; het is erg netjes. Omgeving: De omgeving is ook prima. Het hotel ligt in een smal steegje in een levendige buurt, niet ver van het strand, dus dat is acceptabel. Service: De bediening is zeer attent en vriendelijk. Ze gaven reistips en aanbevelingen voor restaurants, wat geweldig was. De saténoedels in Xiamen zijn echter echt niet zo goed als die in Pingtan. Ik vind de saténoedels in Pingtan twee niveaus beter dan die in Xiamen.

The seaview is fabulous, I can even see sunrise from the room. The rooms are clean and there is a wide variety of breakfast options. I’ve tried the Cantonese restaurant at level 2. The dim sum is delicious too.

Beyond the room, the swimming pool was a delight, and the fitness center was well-equipped. Every corner of the resort is maintained to a very high standard. Standout Service from 小陈 (Xiao Chen): While every staff member we encountered was professional and friendly, one individual truly made our stay unforgettable: a gentleman named 小陈 (Xiao Chen). His service was, without exaggeration, world-class. He was incredibly thoughtful and anticipatory, always seeming to know what we needed before we even asked. From offering insightful local tips to ensuring every small detail of our room was perfect, his attention to care was remarkable. He embodies the true spirit of hospitality and is a tremendous asset to the Kulangsi Resort. Verdict: I wholeheartedly recommend the Kulangsi Resort. The beautiful environment and excellent facilities provide the perfect backdrop, but it's the outstanding service from people like Xiao Chen that transforms a great stay into a truly memorable one. Nice service & good location

這次來海邊休假選的民宿真的還蠻不錯的首先是地理位置絕佳，距離黃厝沙灘特別近，步行200米就可以到達，特別方便。民宿整體在這周邊應該算是比較突出的，一眼就可以看到，很好找。 房間乾淨整潔，採光都還不錯，沒有異味住着蠻舒服的。很值得一提的是前台的服務特別好，很熱情很周到，入住體驗感直接在前台這一塊拉滿！ 總的來説整體體驗都很好，挺推薦的！

Dit was mijn eerste verblijf in het Millennium Xiamen Hotel en ik was zeer tevreden. Het is een gerenommeerd vijfsterrenhotel en de service en faciliteiten gaven me een veilig en attent gevoel. De locatie is superhandig, direct boven metrostation Zhenhai Road; de lobby ligt pal naast de metro-uitgang, waardoor je je heel gemakkelijk kunt verplaatsen. Zhonghua City ligt aan de overkant van de straat en biedt tal van winkels en restaurants. De receptie heeft mijn kamer gratis geüpgraded naar een kamer met zeezicht en ik kreeg zelfs een cadeautje – het hotel was zo attent! Het ligt ook vlakbij de pier, wat veel tijd bespaart als je naar Gulangyu Island gaat. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Given the late hour and festive season, we were concerned that nearby restaurants might already be closed. To our pleasant surprise, several small eateries within 50 meters of the hotel were still open, allowing us to enjoy a proper late dinner. It was a reassuring start to our stay. The hotel’s environment is comfortable and welcoming. The lobby features a bright, clean design with warm wood tones and soft lighting that create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. A tasteful display area and cozy seating space add a subtle blend of business functionality and artistic charm. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient despite the late hour. We stayed in the Premier Themed Room (Japanese Style with Sakura), which was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Upon entering, we were greeted by a beautifully designed Japanese-inspired interior. Warm lighting, wooden flooring, and delicate sakura (cherry blossom) wall art created a serene and elegant ambiance. Wooden partition panels and subtle decorative details added refinement, giving the space an artistic yet tranquil feel — almost like a small ryokan-style retreat in the heart of Xiamen. The room was thoughtfully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. A charming feature was the private balcony, which allowed fresh air in. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, dressed in crisp white linens. The mattress offered excellent support, and the pillows were soft yet supportive, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. All essential toiletries were generously provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dental kits, slippers, and towels. Everything was neatly arranged and well-maintained, reflecting attention to guest comfort. The complimentary breakfast was another pleasant surprise. It offered a good variety of well-prepared options, making it a satisfying way to start each day. The location is highly convenient, close to the Xiamen International Convention & Exhibition Center, with California Plaza Shopping Mall next door offering numerous dining choices. Whether for business or leisure, the hotel is an excellent option. Most importantly, the nightly rate was very reasonable and offered excellent value, especially considering the themed décor, balcony, full amenities, and included breakfast. The stay exceeded our expectations. We would gladly choose this room again on our next visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Highly recommended!

De locatie is uitstekend, op slechts 5 minuten lopen van metrostation Lucuo. Station Lucuo heeft lijn 1 en lijn 2. Het is een halfuur rijden naar mooie plekjes, treinstations en luchthavens, wat erg handig is. Er zijn buurtwinkels in de buurt, evenals een zeer goede lokale dessertwinkel. Er zijn ook verschillende kleine restaurants ernaast, wat handig is. Het hotel ziet er klein uit, maar het is relatief nieuw. De inrichting is in de stijl die ik mooi vind. Het wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. Ik heb een kamer met een klein balkon gekozen voor ventilatie. Het belangrijkste is dat het tijdens het Lentefestival een rustig hotel is in een drukke stad, en de prijs is niet overdreven. Een aanbeveling op basis van geweten! Het zou perfecter zijn als het meisje bij de receptie wat meer glimlachte!

Quiet place, huge bedroom and toilet. You get what you pay, recommended. Across yatch club and park. Just abit far from city and local dinning.

Ophaalservice vanaf de luchthaven: De ophaalservice vanaf de luchthaven is een auto, geen bus. Het is zeer comfortabel en komt zeer snel. De kamerindeling is relatief eenvoudig, met een wasmachine en koelkast, de badkamer is relatief schoon en afhalen is ook erg handig. Het is de eerste keer dat ik op een zolder woon en ik ben er niet aan gewend, elke keer als ik naar bed ga, word ik gestoten. De computer is in orde en ik kan Dota 2 zonder enige druk spelen.
