"The hotel is super beautiful. All new and clean. Hotel stuff is very friendly, polite and helpful. A lot of parking space outside. Rooms are big, comfortable and well-designed. It had all the necessary amenities. There was a great choice of movies and TV series in English free of charge. Breakfast was delicious as well, many choices of not only Chinese dishes, but als western food. We really enjoyed the stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends."

"We arrived Hotel around 9pm, we haven’t have our dinner and the hotel restaurant has already closed. It was surprised that the hotel provided simple and delicious supper. Yet it was free of charge for all hotel guests! Especially we were so appreciate that Ms. 邹慧英, she was so attentive, she organised for our meals, transport and trips arrangements. She has put so much effort to ensure we all comfortable during our stay. Her dedication to her work is highly commendable! The hotel might be old but the service is as good as 5 stars hotel. However, the setback of the hotel was guests are allowing to smoke in the restaurant and hotel rooms. It would be appreciated that the hotel should allocate smoker rooms floor or different sections of the hotel."

"前台阿姨熱情招待，見我們帶有寶寶，送了新年禮物還有早餐券，停車場保安指揮停車很敬業，車到門口就馬上來問有什麼需要，可以停地下停車場，有電梯直達樓層。房間雖然舊一點，但是設施都正常使用，衞生搞的乾淨，特別誇獎這個酒店的電梯非常快，可惜英文不行，沒認出什麼品牌。離泰寧古城不遠，晚飯後去走走非常愜意。"

"這個酒店的床是這次旅行中最好的床沒有之一，支撐度和軟硬度都非常的好，包裹感很強又不會軟，被套也是正常的棉布材料，不像很多酒店那個布料糙糙的，這個被套談不上很軟但是很正常很舒適，就像我們自己蓋的那種，我本來有些感冒，睡過了這個床之後早上我都能明顯感覺感冒好像會好一些，兩天了都是如此，然後這個酒店的早餐也是蠻豐富的，主要味道也好吃，不光這個酒店的東西好吃，我居然發現整個泰寧我吃的餐館味道都蠻好的，證明泰寧的口味是做的相當不錯，酒店的環境是沒得説的，夜裡大家都睡後很安靜，我都能聽到很遠處的雞叫聲，讓人感覺很寧靜，所有的都蠻好的，唯一有點兒問題的是可能空調不是很制暖，吹好久沒多大暖和氣兒，酒店方要找做空調的來看一下比較好，整體這家酒店真的是可以的，大家閉眼沖"

"Initially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space. Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress. Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station. Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained."
