"The hotel is super beautiful. All new and clean. Hotel stuff is very friendly, polite and helpful. A lot of parking space outside. Rooms are big, comfortable and well-designed. It had all the necessary amenities. There was a great choice of movies and TV series in English free of charge. Breakfast was delicious as well, many choices of not only Chinese dishes, but als western food. We really enjoyed the stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends."

"Initially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space. Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress. Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station. Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained."

"We arrived Hotel around 9pm, we haven’t have our dinner and the hotel restaurant has already closed. It was surprised that the hotel provided simple and delicious supper. Yet it was free of charge for all hotel guests! Especially we were so appreciate that Ms. 邹慧英, she was so attentive, she organised for our meals, transport and trips arrangements. She has put so much effort to ensure we all comfortable during our stay. Her dedication to her work is highly commendable! The hotel might be old but the service is as good as 5 stars hotel. However, the setback of the hotel was guests are allowing to smoke in the restaurant and hotel rooms. It would be appreciated that the hotel should allocate smoker rooms floor or different sections of the hotel."

Ik heb er twee dagen doorgebracht om de oude stad grondig te verkennen. De rust van de ochtenden en de levendige lichten van de avonden, samen met de diverse unieke winkeltjes, maken het een oase van rust. * **Prachtige omgeving:** Het pension is gebouwd in de stijl van de Ming- en Qing-dynastieën en beschikt over gebeeldhouwde gangen, beschilderde pilaren en houten constructies. De binnenplaats ademt de charme van de Ming- en Qing-dynastieën en biedt overal pittoreske uitzichten, perfect om foto's te maken. * **Hartelijke en attente service:** De eigenaar is vriendelijk en gastvrij en biedt uitstekende service. "Nice hotel, right in the most attractive part of Taining town. It's a few minutes walk from the historic district, right on the river front. Easy access also to get to the natural scenic areas of the region. The hotel itself is nice, clean, well-maintained. The room is spacious and has modern features. The staff is very helpful, they do their best to accommodate a laowai customer. The only critique I have that is true for the vast majority of the hotels in China that the breakfast isn't exactly attractive for foreigners. One can of course eat Chinese breakfast with steamed buns and spicy soups and things like that most of the time, but occasionally I wouldn't mind to have a western style option available too. In a four star hotel I would expect this to be on the menu"

"預訂的是東門一店，但是入住當天酒店服務員來電説給我們升級房間給換到了古城店了，反正兩家店相距不遠，就入住了古城店。古城店有停車位，適合自駕遊，酒店位置就在泰寧古城邊，走路約200米就到古城了。升級後的酒店房間很大，衞生間乾濕分離，唯一缺憾是酒店沒有電梯，衹能提着行李箱走樓梯，不過酒店服務員很熱情，會主動幫客人拿行李箱送到客房。房間裏配的是壁掛空調，總覺得制熱能力不太夠。酒店的早餐還不錯，品種不是很多，但是吃飽沒有問題。"
