"Het ligt aan de voet van de berg Jiuhua, op 20 minuten rijden, tussen de provinciehoofdstad en de berg Jiuhua. Tegenover het Yanqi Lake Reservoir is de locatie uitstekend en direct ter zake. Het interieur en de hardware zijn redelijk goed. Het decoratiepatroon is in Scandinavische stijl, gecombineerd met decoratie in Zen-stijl. Het bevindt zich tenslotte onder de Jiuhua-berg. De lobby is erg groot, waar je kunt kletsen rond het vuur of kunt zingen bij KTV. Films kijken op het gigantische scherm in de lobby is erg cool.
De kamer is erg groot, met grote ramen van vloer tot plafond en als je de gordijnen opendoet, zie je groene bergen en groen water. Het bed is enorm, Amerikaans standaard slim toilet, Xiaomi smart TV met groot scherm. Toen ik 's ochtends wakker werd, hoorde ik het fluiten van de vogels in het bos. Terwijl ik door de binnenplaats liep, omringde prachtige lichte muziek mijn oren. Het enige nadeel is misschien dat het eten een beetje saai en zout is. "🧧 I found the ceiling of Jiuhua Mountain Blessing Accommodation! The newly opened ”Jiushanyuan Residential B&B” in May is in a great location. It is next to the ”Jiuhua Holy Land” archway. It takes 5 minutes to walk directly to the visitor center. The time saved is all used to visit the temple and ask for wishes. There is no need to spend your energy on the road!
The room is really a surprise! The new decoration has no smell at all, the bedding is soft and warm, and the decoration texture of the light luxury is full. My favorite is the terrace. In the evening, make a pot of tea or make a cup of coffee. The head is full of stars and the words of Jiuhua Holy Land archway. The mountain mist outside the window slowly turns around the Qingfeng. The artistic conception is more beautiful than in the painting. In the morning, I opened the curtains and looked directly at the clouds and mist wrapped the mountain like a fairyland, and I felt that I had a little fairy spirit!
Focus on praise the boss! The native Jiuhuashan people are more enthusiastic people who understand good fate. The doorway of blessings is clear, from helping to plan the incense route to giving instructions by themselves, even the incense can help to prepare properly, and the details are warm to the bone.
After this stay, I locked the ”fixed stronghold” of Jiuhua Mountain! I really recommend it to all friends who come to pray for blessings and vacations. I know what it means to live once and I don't want to leave, I want to come after I leave! 🪷🙏🙏🙏"

"We are very pleased with our last minute decision to stay one night at the foot of jiuhuashan. The hotel just recently opened but it beat our expectations. The room is very spacious, comfortable bed (it’s hard but we like the firmness), clean sheets, fluffy towels, free minibar, delicious breakfast and free and quick laundry!!! Highly recommend staying here.
I’m willing to try other Atour hotels and I hope they are just as good."

The view was beautiful especially from our bathtub room, when the fog breifly cleared but I don't expect them to control the weather. Our host helped us with a plan to visit all the temples which we did. I couldn't ask for anything better.

What really sets this place apart is not just the beautiful property, but the level of care and service provided throughout the entire stay.
Even before our arrival, the host proactively contacted us via WeChat to confirm details and assist with planning. Communication was extremely smooth and responsive — no matter what time of day we had questions, we always received quick and helpful replies. For a destination like Jiuhua Mountain, where logistics and routes can feel overwhelming for first-time visitors, this kind of support makes a huge difference and immediately puts you at ease.
The room itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with a layout that worked perfectly for a family stay. Unlike many homestays that feel cramped, this room had plenty of space to relax, unpack, and truly rest. The bedding was clean and soft, and the overall atmosphere was calm and quiet, allowing us to sleep extremely well. Housekeeping standards were excellent — everything felt carefully maintained and spotlessly clean.
One of the highlights of our stay was the afternoon tea, which was freely available and not limited or rushed. This wasn’t just a symbolic offering; it was something you could genuinely enjoy at your own pace. Sitting down in such a peaceful environment with tea and snacks after a day of sightseeing was incredibly relaxing. Throughout our stay, the host remained available and attentive without ever being intrusive. Whether we needed advice on sightseeing routes, dining recommendations, or small practical help, everything was handled patiently and efficiently. You truly feel that the host cares about your experience, not just about running a business. Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but staying here made everything feel effortless.
The location is another strong advantage. Situated near Huacheng Temple, the homestay is in a quiet area that feels removed from crowds, yet it’s still very convenient for visiting key temples and attractions. Evenings were peaceful and silent, which is exactly what you want after a full day at Jiuhua Mountain. The surrounding atmosphere perfectly matches the calm and reflective nature of the destination.
What impressed us most was the overall sense of being well taken care of. This is not a place where service is performative or scripted — it feels sincere and consistent. From the communication, to the comfort of the room, to the little details like afternoon tea and thoughtful guidance, everything worked together to create a genuinely memorable stay.

I have stayed in many guesthouses across China, but this one stands out in a very special way. From the very first moment, the communication via WeChat was friendly, quick, and reliable – even though my Chinese is limited and the staff’s English is not extensive. Still, everything worked beautifully. Warm, patient, uncomplicated. It already gives you the feeling that you are in good hands.
I stayed for two days, and throughout my entire time there, everything was perfectly organized. I was picked up right on time upon arrival – an invaluable service in a mountain area that can be a little confusing for newcomers. The guesthouse itself is extremely comfortable: warm, well-designed rooms with excellent facilities, a huge screen, electric curtains, cozy bedding, and all the small details that make travel easier. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of.
During my stay, the staff assisted me with everything I needed, always with kindness and without any complications. When it was time to leave, they also arranged transport back to my bus at exactly the time I requested. Truly flawless service.
But the most extraordinary highlight was something I did not expect at all: the free guided tour that the homestay organizes for all their guests. They drove us to the starting point, and then we spent the day walking through the misty mountain paths, visiting nine of the most important temples on Jiuhuashan. It was magical – quiet, mysterious, deeply atmospheric. Our guide took wonderful care of everyone, explained so much about the temples, the mountain, the history, and the spirit of Dizang Bodhisattva, and created a sense of depth that went far beyond sightseeing.
This was not a tourist activity.
It was a spiritual and cultural experience – something you can only receive from people who truly love their mountain and want to share it with others. In the fog, among ancient stones, incense smoke, and the sound of footsteps on wet leaves, one begins to understand why Jiuhuashan has been a sacred place for centuries.
My conclusion:
This homestay offers not only comfort, warmth, and excellent service, but also a genuine connection to the spiritual heart of Jiuhuashan. I can recommend Tanxiangyuan Homestay without any hesitation. For pilgrims, travelers, lovers of nature, or anyone seeking a meaningful experience, this place is simply perfect. I am grateful for every moment I spent there.

The place is ideally situated near the tourist center when all buses departed for mt jiuhua and back to Chizhou or to the new jiuhua speed train station. So many I mean huge selection of restaurants,supermarkets around. Amenities are plentiful in the niicely decorated room mixing wood and glassware but surprisingly there is no breakfast available. Also the sound isolation is not top and I can hear my neighbours in early morning,not help by the gap at the bottom at the door entrance,
It could be easily a perfect 10 but nothing is ! Totally recommend the place.. from the tourist center, walk 10 min to the new commercial with a huge stone flower as an indicator, walk inside and 1st right in a small ally..the hotel in at your right 100m further

AAL94This is a nice place to put up for a night or 2 or even longer. The location is ok but the flight of stairs up to the reception and the room is not too fun if you have big and heavy luggage. Apart from this everything is lovely. Room is clean and the beds are comfortable. I love that the room is very bright. The toilet is fully automated. Shower water pressure is good too.
We had noodles for lunch there and they are yum!
Breakfast is simple but delicious. I think you can ask for seconds (we did not as we were rushing to go out).
There is a convenience store just right opposite and along the way, plenty of eateries.
Call them and they will pick you up from Julong hotel and drop you off there too when you check out.
I don’t mind staying here again but only if I have a small bag.

YykchowThe location of this so ideal for me. It was very peaceful and the room was facing the DiZhang Bodhisattva. I could do my prayer, meditation and connect with DiZhang Bodhisattva daily.
The recption is friendly and helpful. The furnishing and the resort hotel facilities were old. The sound proof of the room was poor as you could hear some guests were talking and shouting. But luckily it was a low season. Local Chinese will flood these areas duing the Labor day (01-03 May) and their National day (01-07 Oct). Please avoid visiting duing these periods.
High speed rail - Jiuhuashan station just completed. Use this station to access Jiuhuashan. Less than 30min to reach Jiuhua Mountain Dayuan Culture Park (九华山大愿文化园). Highly recommend to stay around the 九华山风景区柯村新区.

Room is clean and functional .
Am an easy traveller and very satisfied with the hotel. Of course you can walk around and look for a hotel (there are many many hotels !!!!!!) but I think if u pre book u will make your life easier especially if u have a luggage.
He planned the itinerary for me. and it was a very fulfilling walking trip in nature visiting temples and paying respects to 地藏菩萨 .
So many restaurants too!!!!!!!!

FFury.SakuraThe Jiuhua Mountains Julong Hotel, which is conveniently located right at the entrance of the Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area. It was very convenient to venture around the mountain by foot. As for food, we didn’t quite get accustomed to the flavors, especially with the spices. The breakfast at Julong Hotel was good, but it can get crowded before 8 am. There is no gym in the hotel. It snowed on the 3rd day and it was chilly. The room was equiped with heater so it was ok. The walkway outside the hotel room can be very noisy, especially with kids running and adults talking. Otherwise, the overall experience was good.
