"When i arrived I was not expecting such a big lobby. Location is great with small restaurants and convenience stores around. Staff is friendly and helpful. I booked my car to airport through them and it was cheaper than taxi (tip: pay in cash to save 10% service fee), and it was a huge van all for myself. Breakfast buffet is a bit disappointing but still ok for the room price. Only downside is that no amenities available, which is the legal norm in Taiwan. So be aware to bring toothbrush and toothpaste as well as anything else you need. If you don't, no worries, can buy at the 7/11 or the other convenience store down the road. Overall, quite a pleasant experience and will definitely book there again in my next Hsinchu trip."

"Very close to the train station and bus terminal by foot. The room is small. The shower is not separated from the toilet. The toilet is small, you better to stand to pee if you are male. Breakfast is invented but very simple and almost no protein."

"Geboekt voor zondagavond om 10:00 uur. Aanvankelijk had ik niet veel verwacht voor deze prijs. Maar over het algemeen was het erg goed. De hal was erg overzichtelijk, met een selfservice incheckautomaat. Hoewel er een automaat was voor automatisch inchecken, kwam het personeel toch helpen met de bediening. Er waren drie liften naar boven. Die bleek tegenover het stadhuis te liggen met een mooi uitzicht. De kamer was ruim voor deze prijs. Zowel warm als koud water was normaal. Nadelen: de badkamerapparatuur was oud, de föhn werkte niet goed en de airconditioning was een beetje zwak. Het bed was erg goed, maar toen ik binnenkwam, had ik het gevoel dat ik er al lang niet meer gewoond had. Voor 1000 yuan was het een echte aanrader en de CP-waarde was erg hoog. Ik zou er zeker nog eens terugkomen als ik de kans had."

"Food is excellent, they offered a 300NTD voucher x2 during my stay. the first room wasn't ideal as the room has smoke smell and I requested to change room which they offered and it was great. Room has good sound proofing windows second room I stayed at #2003 is near lift has updated modern look. they have morning shuttle to science park 8am, 8.30am, 9am which is great. they have evening shuttle to Big City mall which is also a ++ otherwise would have to spend 250 NTD for taxi which is expensive."

"We were unaware of a policy until we arrive at the motel and it is inconvenient for stay more than a night. This policy was not flagged on the booking platform. Staying for 3 nights mean we are to check in from 6pm and check out next day 12 noon, return 6pm to check in and check out again next noon, total 3 times. A service fee (for the 6 hours 12noon to 6pm) is charged in order to keep the room thru the day for the 3 night stay avoiding the daily check in and out. This said to applies for 2pax room and is addition to the booking paid on the booking platform. We picked this motel for convenience of parking and walk up to the room. Everything was good in the room apart the narrow stairway carrying our luggage and the floor better off wearing a slippers. Breakfast is ok with a small spread of buffet and few additional items you can order from the kitchen."
