"When i arrived I was not expecting such a big lobby. Location is great with small restaurants and convenience stores around. Staff is friendly and helpful. I booked my car to airport through them and it was cheaper than taxi (tip: pay in cash to save 10% service fee), and it was a huge van all for myself. Breakfast buffet is a bit disappointing but still ok for the room price. Only downside is that no amenities available, which is the legal norm in Taiwan. So be aware to bring toothbrush and toothpaste as well as anything else you need. If you don't, no worries, can buy at the 7/11 or the other convenience store down the road. Overall, quite a pleasant experience and will definitely book there again in my next Hsinchu trip."

"Positives: - centrally located (with a huge shopping mall just around the corner) - fantastic breakfast in terms of quality and quantity as well as the provision of local hsinchu food - amenities like free washing machine/dryer, sauna, free snacks and drinks were very much welcomed - eco friendly hotel (bathroom amenities like tooth brush/paste only provided upon request) - Room clean and functional - separate shower and bath tub - international electrical socket Negatives - bath towels could be thicker - lack of face towel - no hair conditioner - my room had no view (view of shopping centre carpark)"

"Stayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again."

"Geboekt voor zondagavond om 10:00 uur. Aanvankelijk had ik niet veel verwacht voor deze prijs. Maar over het algemeen was het erg goed. De hal was erg overzichtelijk, met een selfservice incheckautomaat. Hoewel er een automaat was voor automatisch inchecken, kwam het personeel toch helpen met de bediening. Er waren drie liften naar boven. Die bleek tegenover het stadhuis te liggen met een mooi uitzicht. De kamer was ruim voor deze prijs. Zowel warm als koud water was normaal. Nadelen: de badkamerapparatuur was oud, de föhn werkte niet goed en de airconditioning was een beetje zwak. Het bed was erg goed, maar toen ik binnenkwam, had ik het gevoel dat ik er al lang niet meer gewoond had. Voor 1000 yuan was het een echte aanrader en de CP-waarde was erg hoog. Ik zou er zeker nog eens terugkomen als ik de kans had."

"Voor deze prijs valt er op vakantie niets te klagen, maar het hotel is onlangs in aanbouw geweest. De bouwwerkzaamheden zorgen 's ochtends vroeg al voor veel lawaai en het is bijna onmogelijk om goed te slapen. Het hotel zelf is niet flexibel in het aanpassen van de reisroute. Je kunt in principe niet terugbetalen als je eenmaal geboekt hebt. Als je bang bent voor lawaai, moet je je afvragen of je dat wel kunt verdragen. Het warme water warmt erg snel op. De dichtstbijzijnde 7-Eleven is ongeveer 300 meter verderop, maar op de begane grond worden standaard instantnoedels en drankjes verkocht. Als je echt honger hebt, kun je die nog steeds kopen."
