Hotels in Hangzhou met Wifi

This is a good hotel in a convenient location. The staff was remarkably proactive, they even helped us with our laundry needs before we could inquire. And their service shines: when I left an item behind, they immediately helped locate it and arranged to have it shipped out to me. Truly above-and-beyond service that I greatly appreciate.

De locatie is uitstekend, vlakbij Imperial Street, en bovendien is er een parkeerplaats, wat vrij zeldzaam is. De inrichting van de kamer is in de stijl van de Republiek China, wat vrij uniek is. Het is een goede keuze voor zakenreizen en zeker aan te bevelen.

Fuchun mountain resort is strongly recommended for foreigners like our family. Peaceful Lake with awesome landscape made our family to feel refreshing. Chinese traditional style hotel room is quite cozy. Complementary service like taking a picture by photographer is to be made a reservation when check in, otherwise fully booked in case of weekend.

Beautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area. The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat.

De kamer was erg mooi en de locatie was uitstekend. De faciliteiten op de kamer waren compleet en de receptie bood geweldige service. Het hotel ligt dicht bij West Lake en er zijn veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Zeer aan te bevelen!

Scholars Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay, especially if you're visiting Zhejiang University or the Wulin Square area. The rooms are clean and quiet, with a nice blend of modern comfort and traditional touches. Service was warm and attentive, and check-in was smooth.

房間很暗，雖説為了可持續發展，但這麼暗真的大可不必。而且療愈酒店為什麼就不能讓朋友們來入住呢？實在搞不懂為啥房間都是大床房，雖然都是獨棟式，但比想象中小得多，卧室基本沒什麼走動空間。大冬天的卧室其實不夠温暖，加了個取暖器分分鐘起夜的時候被絆倒。那個單獨的茶室也沒什麼必要，還不如改裝成另一個卧室。朋友洗澡的時候説水冷的不得了。 酒店打車不易，酒店好像有一輛還是兩輛車子，但大部分時間沒空載客人出入。。。所以根本沒法去周邊的莊園和水庫逛。酒店提供的活動是固定時間的，配合不了就衹能錯過。 因為出不去就衹能在酒店用餐，餐食價格不低但味道着實一般，就是家裡用現成醬料炒出來的味道，也兼顧不了色香味😅。 感覺酒店整體主題不錯才被吸引入住，但真的定價過高也達不到在酒店就能放鬆療愈的目標。

We hebben hier heel oncomfortabel verbleven. We waren spontaan naar Hangzhou gekomen en hadden een kamer geboekt in het drukste deel van de Intime-wijk. Het leek de laatste kamer te zijn. Bij het inchecken kregen we een kamer op de 4e verdieping. Hoewel er een raam was, leek het direct naast enkele leidingen van het gebouw te liggen. Het licht was erg zwak en de kamer was superkoud, zelfs nadat we om een dunner dekbed hadden gevraagd! Het was echt koud, en we moesten vragen om extra dekens. De kamer was erg krap. De rand van de badkamer was beschimmeld en de toiletartikelen waren niet schoon. Het waren van die navulbare flesjes waar je van alles in kunt doen, wat niet geschikt is voor klanten met hoge eisen aan gezondheid en veiligheid. Daarom geef ik de hygiëne 1 punt, omdat de hele kamer en de zachte meubels niet schoon genoeg waren. Toen ik wilde douchen, duurde het lang voordat het water warm werd. De houding van de loodgieter was alsof het onze schuld was, wat me erg boos maakte. Daarom trek ik punten af voor de service. Toen hij het testte, was er meteen warm water. Hoe vreemd! Het is te lang geleden dat ik in zo'n oud hotel heb verbleven. Hoewel het gerenoveerd is, kan het niet tippen aan nieuwe hotels waar het water meteen warm is. Het ontbijt zag eruit alsof er veel ingrediënten waren, maar de gerechten waren ofwel zwart ofwel te papperig. Wat jammer! Kortom, we komen hier niet meer terug.

Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. Great hotel stay with my kids. A lot of variety for breakfast. My stay was made exceptional thanks to the wonderful service from Li Bin: Nova, Xiao Qi. He was professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Their genuine care and consistent attentiveness created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I truly appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend this hotel because of staff like them. Thank you for making my experience memorable!
