Essentia Luxury Hotel Indore

Ramada Encore by Wyndham Indore Nipania
"Writing We absolutely loved the hotel’s ambience, hospitality, and location. It was perfect for us, as we prefer a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still being conveniently located for day trips to Ujjain and Omkareshwar, with transfers available by road or helicopter. We did experience some confusion regarding our airport-to-hotel transfer booking, but the hotel team addressed the issue promptly and even compensated us with a complimentary dinner that evening. A special mention to Manager Mayank, who personally apologised for the inconvenience. His thoughtful gesture and the Amisha and the team’s prompt response were much appreciated and reflected their genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. We are also grateful to F&B Manager Tarun and, in particular, Deepali, who was exceptionally accommodating with all our requests and consistently ensured that we had a wonderful dining experience. Her attentiveness and willingness to help truly made a difference to our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities one would expect for a relaxing stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and particularly appreciated the warm hospitality, personalised attention, and excellent service recovery. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!"
