"The place is beautiful but I didn’t sleep all night because the room had highly air conditioned on 6*degrees cold and no warm blankets I turned off all lights using key card but the room was still very cold I got too sick and cold but I didn’t want to complain I just walked away other than that the place is beautiful and friendly staff"

"Stayed one night only en route Uk. Staff could benefit from more training. Newish hotel. Rooms were fine but did not get adequate toiletries. Part of the toiletries had been used by previous guest and not checked. Exec lounge had suya (African barbecued chilli meat strips) which was great and the staff there were attentive. They had a nice but small pool Which too me was probably too small to swim in. "

"Ik had een zeer aangenaam verblijf in Shoregate. De receptiepersoneel was warm, respectabel en oppassend op mijn tijd. De kamer was schoon, goed ingericht en comfortabel koel met een goede airconditioning. De badkamer was helder, spotloos en had een goede waterdruk in de douche. Hoewel het bed zachter was dan ik liever en het tv-screen zichtbare lijnen had, waren deze kleine problemen in vergelijking met de algemene ervaring. Ik zou blij terugkomen."

"Restaurant - Breakfast for the 1st week was poorly presented and plates was not properly cleaned. There were also delay in order fulfilment. Noise - This is a very noisy hotel especially in the evenings from Thursday till Sunday. The bar does not care about the guests. The table tennis court is not also regulated, there were people playing and shouting up until 3am some nights. Housekeeping - I experienced 2 housekeepers, one does average cleaning while the other young man Micheal is very dutiful and does excellent job. Staff service - average customer care, lots of improvement needed. Security - Good, no issues with them. Hotel environment - smelly gutter in front of the hotel which breeds mosquitoes and foul odour."
