"Truly a relaxing getaway. We stayed in the deluxe suite- lovely views, comfortable room with underfloor heating in the bathroom that was ideal for the cooler weather. Especially enjoyed the window seats in the room- perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. We had breakfast and dinner at The Bistro and received excellent service and delicious food. We requested for our hake at dinner not to be beer battered and to be prepared seperately for religious reasons and the staff were very accommodating. We also visited the spa for a massage. The spa was clean with heated blankets on the massage beds which really elevated the experience. Would definitely return to Granny Mouse for future getaways! The tranquility can't be beaten."

From the moment you arrive at the main gates till you settle into your tastefully furnished cottage, you can feel the charm of the countryside. The views of the misty rolling hills from any part of this well-maintained lodge, especially your rooms and the main facilities are stunning. Take a walk to the waterfall and take it all in and then come back to a heart English breakfast catered for by friendly and caring staff. it's also a fantastic place to host a function or wedding with ample parking and in a secure setting. This place is a must on anyone's bucket list if you love 5 stars treatment in the countryside at a very affordable rate. We will be back, hopefully sooner than later "

"Luvit. Op mijn favoriete lijst van plaatsen om te blijven. Wonderlijk herstelplan creëerde goede vibe terwijl het behoud van uitstekende functionaliteit. Centrale tot alle leuke bits rond Karkloof. Hun ontbijt kok maakt de beste gepochte eieren, precies zoals u bestelling! Ik hou van het koken voor mezelf, dus de goed benoemde keuken rond een grote gasstoel ging lang om te vergeefs. Het was vrij warm tijdens mijn verblijf, dus ik kon niet beginnen de houten oven. Ik kan me alleen voorstellen hoe gezellig het appartement in een koele avond zou kunnen maken... personeel: altijd handig en vriendelijk."
