The butler service is attentive and thoughtful. The environment of the homestay is Nanfa style. The decoration is very high-end. The quality of furniture and toiletries is very good. The lighting is very good and the decoration is very high-end. Everything is out of film ～ two bedrooms and one living room, a full floor ～ absolutely! 220 square meters is super big, our four girls have a 1.8 rice bed, sleep very comfortable, have recommended to friends, will come again!

難得一見的寶藏民宿，一推開窗就是潺潺的溪水聲和滿眼的綠意，這家山裡的民宿簡直是治癒神器！ 民宿門前就有小溪，水特別清，能看到小魚小蝦游來游去，傍晚坐在院子裏聽蟲鳴，比任何白噪音都讓人放鬆。床品乾淨又舒服，晚上蓋着薄被聽着溪水聲入睡，睡得格外沈。 看到老闆就好像回到家一樣特別熱情親切而且做菜太好吃了簡直把食材發揮得淋漓盡致了，住了兩天，手機玩得都少了，每天就在院子發呆，特別是民宿的二樓超出片的，感覺整個人都被大自然洗乾淨了～ 下次想逃離城市，一定還來這兒！説實話必須要呆多幾天才可以慢慢享受這裏的自然自在美好時光真的不想走了我想説老闆長租有優惠嗎😃？

There is a large swimming pool at the door, the environment is very good and comfortable, the butler service is very thoughtful and meticulous, and there is a little to boast, the mattress is really super comfortable, the afternoon tea hand-delivered lemon juice is much better than the outside store. It’s too much to praise. Hahaha.

環境真的很不錯～非常適合度假休息放鬆的地方～整個莊園各種小細節都非常的可愛感覺到老闆用心在佈置了～下午茶跟早餐吃起來居然都不錯！服務態度也非常好～管家們都非常好！！！這邊的水也很好喝～這邊的洗護用品也都很不錯～非常好且開心的一次體驗～也祝你們越來越好～

一個真正祕境的地方，從一個下坡路開進去還要一公里才到達，很安靜，進去以後豁然開朗的一個民宿，隔音效果很好，泡了私湯以後，整個人睡得超級香，一點聲音都聽不到，可是晚上篝火晚會的時候一下子冒出來超多人，真的挺好，下午茶我們是改成了第二天中午才吃的，茶味帶着淡淡的姜水味道很不錯，早餐就衹有一個朋友去了，我們都在房間睡得昏天黑地，私湯雖然就一個公共的池子，但是氛圍感弄得足足的很不錯，就是時間太短了點，30分鐘，我們拍照就拍了30分鐘，再真正好好享受一下泡湯，最後估計泡了45分鐘才出來，雖然有提醒半小時過去了，但是還是希望更延長一點時間，至於人性服務這一塊吧，有點欠缺，以前我們去的民宿，人衹要不多，隨便升級房型，送各種這個那個，昨晚上我們因為是3個女生，要求多加一床被子，加了50，我第一次聽説加被子不加床要收費的，本來暖氣就還是跟地暖比要欠缺温度的，被子也不是那種特別厚的，女孩子怕冷這個費用收的，然後問我們三個人，酒店實際衹有兩份早餐，要不要加錢補足一份.38元，實際沒啥吃的，好在我們都不屬於早上需要早起吃早餐的，民宿很好，就是感覺處處要錢掉錢眼裡了，餐食貴點可以理解，可是這種輔助性的東西也處處要錢，就心裏有點不舒服了。整體還是不錯吧。希望你們服務做得更好點，我們也會多多推廣，有時候一些人性的東西你稍微放寬點，體驗的人會很開心

The room is quite big, bed is big and very comfortable, television is good with all the channels, got a balcony with private spa. Front desk is very good and friendly, restaurant is surprisingly good , but breakfast was not great, can make it better with hot fried eggs and more fruit choices. Hot spring area is good, but if they have shelter even better and if there’s someone to serve the hot drinks will be perfect 😊

酒店的温泉、健身房、游泳池都是與慕思嘉華一起共享給客户的，性價比高。從酒店走路過去泡温泉兩三百米也不遠，但要走樓梯，如果不想走樓梯可以開車過去慕思嘉華酒店門口，2分鐘就到，停車場很大。早餐不過不失，有咖啡、小吃、湯粉、水果、麪包等，晚上酒店燈火通明，白天附近有划船，徒步，攀爬等娛樂項目可供參考。不好就是晚上不能點宵夜，大家可提前自帶零食哈～這裏空氣很好，離218最美公路也不遠，下次還會再來。

The staff at the hotel was helpful and polite, the hot spring in the room was awesome. I will recommend this hotel to others.

這家應該是比較老牌子的泡温泉度假酒店了，酒店的床、房間裝修都比較老式了。但是勝在環境比較優美寧靜而且能與家人獨享較大空間的度假泡温泉時光。還有獨立的公共遊玩浴泉，帶小孩來也挺好的，早餐是自助早餐也算是能拿得出手吧。這家酒店最不好的就是你要提前有心理準備接受他們前台的“港式茶餐廳”服務態度，她們的服務態度不會像其他新式酒店一樣笑容滿面服務提醒周到，有時候你問她們事情她們好像裝作沒聽到你講話一樣的，你還要問多幾句才行，比較高傲一點。我辦理退房的時候前台説可以了，然後我盯着她一會兒，我説按金呢？前台這時候慢悠悠説下午4點前會原路返回你賬户的。我覺得這種事你應該退房的時候就立刻跟客户講了，不需要客户再提醒你吧？如果有下次的話，我還是會去的，因為整體環境還是可以，但是前台服務態度真的需要改善一下吧

Huge resort, in a very quiet area, middle of montains. staff is really friendly and helpful, some of them speak good English ( ask Betty ). The rooms are very big, full equipped, no USB plug so take yours. The hot spring is amazing with great variety of basins but always hot water…. One Chinese restaurant and one buffet restaurant, where you can find call what you like. You must try the draft beer at the buffet…. Breakfast is huge with lot of dishes, fruits, even coffee. Located at 20km from highway (G45), hotel is easy to find. At only 500m from hotel, a small village with lot of small shops, where you can find what you need. If you have car, parking inside hotel, free. Since 12 years I go many times there, and I don’t see any change. Always clean and the same perfect service.
