Guilin Hostels

"Dit is waarschijnlijk de beste jeugdherberg die ik heb meegemaakt in Guilin. Kortom, de sfeer is erg warm en leuk. Boven is de kamer, de kamer is artistiek ingericht, ruim en comfortabel en de prijs-prestatieverhouding is relatief goed. Beneden is een kleine bar. De kleine kat komt 's avonds langs voor zaken. Je kunt de kat gratis aaien en wijn en latte bestellen, gemaakt door de baas zelf. Ja, het smaakt goed. Trouwens, ik bestelde karaoke in de kamer naast me, at barbecue gekookt door vrijwilligers, en danste met mijn buitenlandse vrienden. De dame bij de receptie was erg aardig, ze gaf me enthousiast een kaart, liet de bezienswaardigheden en het eten van Guilin zien en raadde me Yangshuo aan. De locatie van de winkel is goed en het vervoer is erg handig. Er is een bushalte voor de winkel. Het duurt 10 minuten om naar Elephant Trunk Mountain en de Sun and Moon Twin Towers te lopen... Ik hoop hier te blijven opnieuw de volgende keer dat ik naar Guilin kom. 😾😆"

"My first stay at the newly opened Zhulu·Lijiang Youth Hostel was a perfect experience! 1. Location: Situated in Shijia Garden, nestled against the Lijiang River, it's very close to Guilin Railway Station by car or bus, offering unparalleled convenience for hiking and exploring the surrounding area. 2. Cleanliness: For a new hostel, the cleaning was exceptionally thorough. The bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless, dry, and comfortable. 3. Facilities: The eight-person dorms are equipped with lockable lockers, allowing for secure storage of all luggage. Complimentary tea, disposable towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and earplugs are all provided. Basic amenities are complete and readily available. 4. Service: The owner is very welcoming, check-in is efficient, and convenient parking is readily available. They respond promptly to any requests. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended for solo travelers!"

"Hoogtepunt van mijn reis in China tot nu toe. Hostel had de beste sociale sfeer met een geweldige gastheer die de stad echt kent. Hij heeft ook tours gepland die hij (denk ik) leidt, dus als je zonder plannen komt, word je verzorgd. Ik verbleef er maar één nacht en vond de locatie ook geweldig (maar had ook moeite om het te vinden - vroeg de dames om de hoek en ze hielpen). Ik zal toevoegen dat het waar is dat er geen handdoeken voor me waren, dus ik had mijn eigen handdoeken meegenomen, en het stapelbed heeft geen ”fluffy” matras, maar ik heb op de een of andere manier perfect geslapen (maar ik ben al een tijdje in China, dus misschien ben ik al gewend aan dat type bed)."

"最後兩張是青旅的圖片，首先是步梯七樓，有大箱子的要注意一點，我點的拼好飯外賣小哥竟然給我送上來了，可能是淡季吧整個青旅就我一個人，也沒看到老闆，桂林還是很好玩的，桂林米粉6塊錢三兩我都吃不完好飽。點的拼好飯8.9兩個菜好好吃，簡直了這個物價，日月雙塔和象鼻山也很不錯，玩了一天我就去陽朔了，那邊各種價格都比桂林要貴好多，這個店很多塗鴉很有情懷，還會再來，就是一個人孤零零有點害怕"

"I had the best time here! Although my stay was very short, I enjoyed the time I spent here in the hostel. Everybody was so kind and welcoming to me. We even played Uno for many hours in the evening and we all had an amazing time. The dorm is very clean and organized and the bathrooms are so nice and spacious. I really like how clean the tile floors are. It's very easy to walk around and feel comfortable. And the kitchen is nice because somebody's always cooking in there. It feels like a home away from home. The view from the window is quite beautiful as well. And there's lots of cute kitties in this dorm hanging out, that you can pet and play with. And I like that the dorm room isn't overcrowded either. I met lots of nice people here. The volunteers at the hostel are very nice and they even help me find activities to do and help me figure out how to get there and what bus to take and lots of details for me. It was so nice that they were so willing to help me and they really went above and beyond to make sure that I had a good time while I was there. I was even able to store my suitcase here for a small fee while I traveled to another city. So convenient! I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in the city!"

"Great place with amazing stuff working there. Super friendly and kind people. Internet is fine, beds clean, u have normal toilet as well. The biggest impression on me did shower😅 this is 1st time when I see that (in a small shower) somebody actually used his brain and mounted a curtain to protect ur clothes from water! so simple and yet genius. Obviously shower has hangers (which is not that obvious in some places). Also i got lucky and I was invited to try some hotPot with cooworkers from the hostel. you can also book some trips if u dont want to go around and look for yourself. I had great time."

"很建議大家過來居住體驗一下，這個價格算是很不錯的一個選擇。 老闆人非常好，是一個很熱情的姐姐，對待旅客也是尤其的真誠。 整體的環境很舒服，該有的設備都有，洗衣服還有好幾個陽台晾曬，廚房、衞生間也都有很齊全的東西。 免費提供洗衣粉，有洗衣機能用（自覺掃碼付款），提供的洗髮水和沐浴露都很香，並不像有些青旅是廉價的洗護用品。 大廳很大，有很多能坐的地方，整體的佈置也是很有感覺的，讓人很舒服，牆上還有非常非常詳細的旅遊攻略，超級省心！"

"The best value of this hostel is the location. It is at the heart of Guilin city, walking distance to all the major attractions. There are a lot of shopping and food selections. The room is a bit old, at level 4 without a lift. The toilet has some strange smell though. For solo traveller for sightseeing, it is a good choice"

"你要寫solo trip就不能衹寫solo trip： 已經忘了在像雲邊遇到的第一個人是誰了😂 1、入住的時候不知道老闆是哪位，我裝矜持坐在客廳玩手機，偶爾和客廳的住客聊幾句，過了會兒從房間走出來一個睡褲男，人還怪好的沒睡醒還很禮貌地跟我打招呼（我還以為他是老闆），當時又怎麼會想到後來的每一天都要火力全開跟這個饅化的劉梓晨鬥嘴呢 2、大家都有事出門了，剩了我和台灣小哥阿哲，因為我去過兩次台灣自由行，所以和他聊了很多我在台灣的感受（時隔七年沒想到再一次遇到同胞是在桂林），阿哲説他第二天就要走了，還送了手寫的明信片給我，後來的每一天他都在改退車票😂，因為每一天我們都比昨天更快樂更幸福 3、收拾了一下行李我就下樓去周圍溜達，在一樓碰到了老闆和八角，還好我有看過評論所以認出了可愛的八角，老闆大大的眼睛冷白皮，你很難想象這個看起來不苟言笑的大男孩是怎麼打造出這個温馨充滿歡樂的小屋來的 4、晚上老闆娘小姐姐也過來了，我還以為是過來入住的大學生妹妹😂還有可愛的薯片妹妹，每一天不是拼不到車就是趕不上車哈哈哈；辛苦武漢Jennie放棄路演的機會每一天都陪我們玩牌聊天，臨走前還要被jianjian的劉梓晨藏行李 5、每一天都有來來去去的有趣的人兒，徒步前化粧的濟南弟弟（超帥，像周柯宇）；坐我旁邊和對象打着視頻電話的可愛妹妹，她叫對方寶寶的時候我還以為是在叫我哈哈哈哈哈哈；超級俊秀的東北帥哥，像花澤類又像裴勇俊，還以為遇不到了後來大家都從陽朔回來又再次見面了；超酷的福建妹妹，很有禮貌很有想法超級好相處，謝謝她陪我的搭子笑柳妹妹去柳州一日特種兵；謝謝笑柳妹妹不停用相機記錄我，我雖然擅長感受，但是拙於表達，我沒有告訴她，被記錄是一件很幸福的事 6、雖然看起來我每天都是在吃飯睡覺打劉梓晨，但其實每一天都過得超充實，大家一起去了象鼻山，因為是和他們一起去的，所以即使是象鼻山也突然變得很好玩；一起去打卡蒼蠅館子，浙江人第一次吃螞拐，還有巨巨巨好吃的那盤黃燜雞（真的驚為天人，大家一定要去吃！）；一起去爬野山，劉梓晨穿着睡褲和皮鞋我真是服了（討厭的人連他的穿搭都討厭😸）；一起去灕江精華線徒步，大家都超厲害的，入住像雲邊的兵都不是**，一直走到興坪古鎮都沒有上科技；一起去探洞，看似簡單最後每個人都滿頭大汗哈哈哈，結束後一起去乾飯，一桌人30分鐘就把十個菜吃光光😂😂😂 7、我在開往雲南的動車上認認真真地回憶了在像雲邊的點滴瞬間，即使我現在身處1500多公裡外的香格里拉，我依然低估了時間的微妙，它不止會流逝，還會回彈，像波濤洶湧的浪在我腦海裏一幀又一幀閃現，把我點燃了又留我一個人在原地 8、最後祝每一位入住像雲邊的客人都和我一樣，在這裏狠狠幸福！"
