"Het hotel is een beetje vergaderd en kan waarschijnlijk met een spruit op, maar de waarde voor geld is geweldig. Het is warm en vriendelijk, en het personeel is zeer gastvrij. De voorzieningen zijn boven de norm voor het geld, met een zwembad en fitnessruimte beschikbaar als je ze nodig hebt. Het eten is goed met uitstekende service. en op deze kosten zijn definitieve wet op mijn lijst om weer te blijven"

"Wat een mooi hotel in mooie positie. We hadden een ruime kamer met een prachtige grote bed en een aparte badkamer met oversduur douche. Flacon water in de kamer en ketel met koffie en theezakjes. Hotel biedt toiletten. We hadden vooraf geboekt ontbijt dat was een buffet en zeer aardig. Alles in het geheel een goede verblijf"

Quiet nice unobtrusive atmosphere , clean tables and toilets. Plenty of parking and well lit. Good to get somewhere which lives up to expectations .Quiet background music.Looking forward to next visit. Too few places like this around"

"A couple of us stayed at the hotel in May 2026 and it was impressive. Peter, the manager, was a really nice guy and extremely helpful. The rooms were spacious and excellent and the breakfast was top rate. It is also a very nice location. I have no qualms about recommending this hotel to anyone and I would certainly stay there again if I was in the area."

"Stayed two nights here and overall this was a pleasant stay in a lovely village. Staff were excellent and the food very good. There seemed to be a problem with the breakfast on the Saturday and a slight mis understanding with the room on the first night. However, this did not detract fr9m the stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this Pub/Hotel. Have to say raised my two queries on the Sunday with the two managers who were there and they were so polite and dealt with the matter in a most professional way. Thank you for your time and care you gave me much appreciated."
