First visit and very good experience for the Five star hotel hospitality services , Celine and Lucas both very helpful and professional . Room cleanliness is quite shocking if you accept long hair in bathtub also frayed and stained carpet in room. Is reasonable for the noise facing to road but I encountered many times for some dropping noise along external window. Anyways this hotel is really a five star hotel except the cleanliness and maintenance

Room was a good size and very comfortable but the electrical fittings are over due for refurbishment. Will use again because of location.

The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

Great location. Close to all the restaurants and bars, not too loud. There's a construction site next door but I didn't hear anything over the weekend. Room is small but clean and equipped with a small tv and large desk. Good spot if you just want to come for a weekend and go out for dinner and drinks with friends. Only downside is that there's no gym of any sort and lugging luggage up wellington street from the mtr is a bit of a pain. The better option would probably to take the escalators from central.

I have booked a harbour view room. The reason was to take excellent sea and high level view at still affordable middle range prices, while also be at walk distances to some businesses places at a hurry beforehand to get used for excellent public transport system. I was strictly disappointed when I had firstly been directed to a room at 21f with small little corner window and overall not as advertised by picture from room size and its geometry. I even hardly understand where the sea/harbour is, since you see nothing that buildings. It might be ok for other purposes but not to take real inspiration and feelings. After my conversation with a service, they kindly change the room with ‘upgrades’ from 21 to 29 f but saying that I would rather contact them beforehand of needs of last floor / highest floor. That was the same room as displayed, so I feel happy. It matches the point. If you would like to take a look at night bars at LKF as well, it is also very good still calm area, but in 10 min walks to the party centres. So please be in contact with hotel beforehand making a un refundable pay, if the harbour view and a higher floor is a must feature.

Booked the stay to enjoy NYE fireworks at Victoria Harbour. Room furniture is dated with some stains on sofa but otherwise our unit was clean (and spacious). Bed was also comfy. We liked the eco-friendly water station on every floor and the air purifier in the room. Rather disappointed by the harbour view in our 12th floor mid-row room though, as it was partially blocked by the building in front. Luckily, the square accessible from reception had a great view of the harbour and West Kowloon, so we just walked out from the hotel for the countdown. Breakfast spread was relatively limited but well discounted for guests. Would we book it again? Maybe not for NYE, felt it was overpriced unless you get a really good corner Harbour View room (then again most hotels were charging premium). But for its spacious room and Harbour City location, it could be a convenient, value option for tourists.

After check-in, every time you have to call the front desk to find help, the responsible staff will always solve the problem for us quickly! This is especially important for passengers who need to be quarantined! 👍🏻 Regarding the room, it is comfortable, clean and fully furnished. We live in a suite this time. The space will naturally be larger, but it is indeed a very good choice for guests who need to work! 👍🏻 Regarding the meal arrangement during the quarantine period, the taste is very good, the temperature can be maintained, and the fast service of the staff responsible for the delivery of food! However, we mainly taste Chinese food. For the opinions of the Western Menu, other guests may need to provide it! 🙏🏻 This year is our second experience of quarantined hotels. Under the comparison situation, it highlights the Prince Hotel's intention to prepare every detail! If there is still such a need next time, we are happy to choose Prince Hotel again!

The service attitude of the staff has improved a lot compared to when we first checked in. They have become friendly and helpful. Many Hong Kong residents are unethical and never clean up their personal garbage and food waste after using the public kitchen. Instead, the next user has to clean it up for them. I hope the management can give them advice to improve the situation.

Basic room, small, but beds very comfortable and room very clean. Landlady was very helpful and waited up to let us in after midnight (our flight was late). Would say safe and secure. Located in one of the many tall mixed use buildings in Kowloon so don't be put off by the entrance. Jordan MTR just outside entrance. Excellent place to stay on a budget.

Hotel is very convenient to MTR, bus to airport, restaurants all around the area and malls for shopping. I would like to specially mention their staff’s honesty. I left my phone in the drawer of my room. When I called the owner of the guest house, they immediately told me that they found my phone in the room drawer and ask for my identification to verify if I was the one who occupied the room after verification I told them they my relative in HK will get the phone on my behalf. The next day my relative told me he got the phone already. Thank you.

Came here with friends to participate in the Hong Kong Marathon. We booked a four-person room. The space is large enough for the core area of ​​Tsim Sha Tsui where land is at a premium. The starting point of the competition is right downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient. It is only one step away from Victoria Avenue of Stars, Harbor City Shopping Mall and the subway station. This location, this price, the room is very nice. My aunt kept the house clean and I was quite satisfied with my stay. If I have the opportunity to run a marathon again in the future, I will choose Huatai Hotel. The twin room ,I was the bedsheets were not changed,you could smell the cigarettes smoke on pillow cases and there was hair on bed sheets. Other hostels they supply adapter in the rooms but this one don’t.The ceiling was leaking near the door.There is no hot water and I didn’t see the hair blower.The toilet doesn’t flash. No toothbrush just one drying towel. This hotel has good location nearby the MTR and some restaurants,banks etc. It also has a good window view.It does have tight security. The owner doesn’t respond fast to messages.

It is located in a building right next to Jordan station. It is a place that can be reached not only by subway but also by N bus even late at night. Even I, a first-time Hong Konger with no sense of direction, was able to go there. The staff at the store were very kind and kept my luggage with me even after I checked out, lent me the bathroom, and carefully told me about recommended sightseeing spots and restaurants. I was a little confused about the hotel entrance and how to get to my room because I hadn't checked the email I received in advance, but Trip.com's operator helped me with all my confusion and troubles even though it was late at night. Thank you very much for your kind response, which was really helpful. The room has everything you need, is clean, and is a good value considering the price. Conversion plugs for electrical outlets, hair dryers, and towels were also provided. Since the shower and toilet are in the same place, it may be difficult for those who are not good at it. Last time, I was able to make a last-minute reservation for a weekday stay, but next time when I tried to make a reservation on Saturday and Sunday, the same great room was already occupied. If you are unsure, we recommend making an early reservation.
