I’d like to write a bit as I check out earlier and they still charge me the whole thing. If it has to be that way, then I didn’t add the extra bed. 🤔 Also the dining credit wasn’t used upon check in by a male concierge employee. The hotel service and locale otherwise good.

The staff, from reception and housekeeping to concierge, were great and really made an effort. However, the property is old and musky, and some things didn't work well; for example, the air conditioning in my first room was malfunctioning, so I had to switch rooms. The other thing: I went to their super basic restaurant, which was not appealing at all, in the morning before departure due to time constraints. To my surprise, I was refused entry because I was wearing flip-flops (paired with a nice T-shirt and decent shorts), citing a ”dress code.” Considering it's a very basic HK$600 hotel and the rainy, warm early-summer weather, I couldn't wrap my head around this. See the photo, and you'll understand what I mean. (Note: I decided to walk down the road to a charming restaurant by the Central Escalator and had a very enjoyable breakfast).

Great location. Close to all the restaurants and bars, not too loud. There's a construction site next door but I didn't hear anything over the weekend. Room is small but clean and equipped with a small tv and large desk. Good spot if you just want to come for a weekend and go out for dinner and drinks with friends. Only downside is that there's no gym of any sort and lugging luggage up wellington street from the mtr is a bit of a pain. The better option would probably to take the escalators from central.

The location of the hotel is great, is nearby the bar area to go walking but not close enough to get noisy at night. Even though there were a few buildings in front, we still had a nice view of the ocean. You can also walk to the Ferry area, it takes about 15 minutes and it’s easier to walk than wait to find a taxi. The room was very clean, the shower was absolutely amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was polite and assisted with the requests we had. When we arrived at the room, it smelled a bit musty but it went away after we turned on the AC for a while. Would only like to point out that there are no free power outlet adapters available, however you can purchase them at the hotel for 140 HKD.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

This hotel totally deserves the award for 4th top hotel in the world! What a divine place to stay. If I had stayed one night longer, I would have never left. The service is first class with such friendly and attentive attention. I felt very valued as soon as I walked through the door. The food at Salisterra was outstanding, and dinner and breakfast were a special experience. The room was stunning. I loved every moment in that room. All the facilities were clean, tidy and well-maintained. I couldn't fault a single second of my time at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience something special. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and can't wait for my next staycation there. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made me feel at home in their little corner of paradise in Hong Kong.

Great location and huge (by HK standards) room. Liked there are two separate spaces - sleeping space and living room so I can have friends to meet me. Very clean and helpful staff. I asked for morning call and they knocked on my door to make sure I am awake 😁. Only very minor downside is that the common lounge is too small and no view. Would highly recommend this one.

The view from the room and the buffet breakfast were fantastic at this hotel. However, the service level here was far lower than expected. Check in took 25 minutes and basically only because of the under staffing - there was hardly any guests checking in. There was a quick apology upon check in and that was that. Breakfast staff were ok. Concierge weren’t helpful and lost our jacket. Then checkout was rushed and not complete - no bill just “we will email you”. Service level lets this hotel down - should have stayed at our TST hotel…

My stay at k11 artus was phenomenal! The view from my balcony was simply breathtaking, offering sweeping vistas that left me in awe. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak in the beauty of victory harbour . Moreover, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and polite. Due to concerns about the relationship with no relevant experience, there was no special expectation for the Prince Hotel who participated in the quarantine hotel plan for the first time! The reason for choosing it is mainly because of the convenient location! But the result was overjoyed! 🤪 First talk about the hotel's service. Since the moment of check-in, I have felt the staff up and down the hotel, the kind of hospitality that is customer-first! After check-in, every time you have to call the front desk to find help, the responsible staff will always solve the problem for us quickly! This is especially important for passengers who need to be quarantined! 👍🏻 Regarding the room, it is comfortable, clean and fully furnished. We live in a suite this time. The space will naturally be larger, but it is indeed a very good choice for guests who need to work! 👍🏻 Regarding the meal arrangement during the quarantine period, the taste is very good, the temperature can be maintained, and the fast service of the staff responsible for the delivery of food! However, we mainly taste Chinese food. For the opinions of the Western Menu, other guests may need to provide it! 🙏🏻 This year is our second experience of quarantined hotels. Under the comparison situation, it highlights the Prince Hotel's intention to prepare every detail! If there is still such a need next time, we are happy to choose Prince Hotel again!

She even gave our kids the famous cookies from Jenny’s Bakery as a gift to bring home to the Philippines 🥹💕 Thank you so much Ching!!! You are the best! ❤️❤️❤️

It's my 2nd time to stay in this hotel because I was satisfied during my first stay but this time I'm very disappointed because they already pulled out all there towels as they have an advocacy for the environment. They only now provide disposable towels which is so thin and very inconvenient if you have long hair and no toothbrush and toothpaste. And when you check out and you have to temporary leave your luggage coz ur flight is in the afternoon or in the evening they will charge you per hour. That's how they accommodate thr guest after. Disappointing. I'm not staying here again. I will stay back in charter house causeway bay.
